Contacted them for a refund after MOLD in my product and this was the guy's response: "NO" and "GOOD LUCK" (in caps). I've researched and competitors don't grow mold (and are presumably not this RUDE - which typically go together.) AVOID! Abusive individual who doesn't care about clients, just money.
