I enquired about a car online and received a call back the same day, quickly booking me in for a test drive. The test drive went well. Oliver, the sales representative was very knowledgeable about the car and clearly discussed the different purchase options with me. Everyone was very transparent throughout the process and cosmetic touch ups to the car were provided as standard. Once the decision was made the purchase and pickup process was handled seamlessly.

Found a car that I was interested in on auto trader, received a call from Oliver at JJ premium cars, he was extremely helpful through the whole process, highly recommend.

I turned up without an appointment having been interested in a car on their web site. It followed that the car I was interested in was not in show room condition, which the salesman apologised for. I decided it was the car for me and collection was arranged 4 days later when the valeting was superb. Job done!!

Their "aftersales team" doesn't exist, communication is non existent. It's been 3 weeks now since they've had the car back to fix issues and I've heard from them once in that time. I have to phone through to sales to talk to anyone, but then all I'm told is "oh I'm sorry to hear that there's nothing I can really do about it". Like they can't be arsed to sort anything as its only one customer out of hundreds.

It was a pleasant experience. Troy was really good at explaining everything and made the transaction easy. Would recommend them.
