Purchased a jag in late February, turned out it had a major engine fault. They had the car back and it has been sorted under warranty. What a brilliant team. Frustrating at times but worth the wait.
Delivered back to me running and sounding perfect.

For me the most important thing when buying a car is the after sales experience. Let’s face it when you buy a used car neither you or the dealer can be sure nothing will go wrong, it’s the nature of cars. It’s impossible for a dealer to be 100% sure a car won’t experience some kind of issue after the sale. I have purchased my last 2 cars from JJ Premium now and honestly, both cars have had a couple of teething problems post collection. What makes or breaks the experience is the response you get when you tell the dealer. On the first car (Jaguar XE) I first spoke with Luke and Nathan and between them they bent over backwards and looked after me as you would hope. The problem was resolved and I had a great car. I have got to know them both well now and trust them implicitly and they were the reason I bought another car from this dealer. My second car (Mercedes C class) had a problem on the day I collected it. As soon as I told them they were straight on it. Unfortunately it couldn’t be fixed straight away but they had it back after the weekend and sorted it very quickly. Yes I lost the car for a couple of days but I would rather that and know it’s being dealt with than have it rushed only to come back again. I can’t sing their praises enough and for me that’s what makes it worth going back. The company has a good bunch of mechanics who have experience working in main dealers. I had the good fortune to have a fully qualified Mercedes diagnostic technician sorting my car and thanks to his knowledge of the product it was sorted. The car is now running perfectly. They have put a lot of investment into main dealer (high end) diagnostic equipment and aspiring to grow further. I know the company is run with military professionalism and it’s a pleasure to put loyalty into that company especially having family from the same background. All the above means I would buy my next car from here so long as they keep Luke and Nathan that is. Peace of mind is worth far more than haggling a couple of hundred pounds off the purchase price and for me that’s achieved. I hope to go back in 2-3years for the next car.

Where do i begin!? Honestly I would stay clear of this dealership, never once have I had such hassle from buying a car! To start off with it didn’t have a full year MOT as promised, I had to wait another week to collect the car. The day I collected the vehicle I had to then wait for the car to be MOT on the day which was not done correctly due to no emissions test carried out…
After that issue at the dealership I drove the car back home that night without any knowledge of the incomplete MOT, the next day I started the car to a not so welcoming red warning light stating “exhaust filter full” and “reduced performance” due to this the car went into limp mode and also had the engine management light on the dash. I called the dealership up straight away after trying to get through to their customer care for a substantial amount of time when realistically I shouldn’t have bothered because they were useless!! I was told by the garage to take it to a local dpf specialist and they would pay for whatever needed doing, they then got the quote for what needed doing…and proceeded to refuse to pay for it. The next few days it was parked up on my drive until the garage arranged for another company to put some solution into the dpf (all this was doing was preventing the problem) After 4 days of the solution being put into the car the exact same warning lights and reduced power happened again! So again I contacted customer care for them to be nothing but the complete opposite to what they should be…unhelpful and very rude. All of this was within the 14 days period of purchasing the car.
I ended up going through the finance and rejecting it, so after 5 months of having a vehicle that I really needed to commute to work etc it was un-drivable sat on my drive being a rather expensive ornament.
Moral of the story is if you want to buy a vehicle for it to not be roadworthy go to this place!

Troy was great easy to deal with and no pressured sales,after driving 3 hours the car was as described had a test drive and Troy got all the paperwork done for me very quicky and easily, would definitely use JJ Premium Cars again. Ask for Troy!
