I had a fantastic experience with JK Outdoors. I placed an order on 20th December and by 22nd December it had arrived, however, there was an issue that the jumper was the incorrect colour and crimp tool missing (this is understandable they are a small business at a busy time of year; errors happen). I emailed them as this was a Christmas present and got a response the next day (23rd) apologising and that they had posted out the correct order. This arrived on Christmas Eve, without the crimp tool however this came a couple of days later.
I have given a 5 star review because despite minor hiccups, which were quickly and smoothly sorted, Jack had great communication and was quick to rectify the error. Turnaround from order to receipt of my goods was exceptionally quick and I cannot thank him and the team enough. I would definitely shop again.
