Excellent customer service by Dan and Lloyd

Had 2 washing machines and 2 tumble dryers installed by Dan and Lloyd today, very professional, polite and friendly, ensured machines were tested and operational and explained how to use machines, they cleared up after themselves leaving area clean and tidy,

Brilliant Service

Rob and Garath from JLA came to carry out duct cleaning in our building, and they were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Both were professional, friendly, and respectful to all the residents while working on-site. They explained what they were doing, worked efficiently, and completed the job to a very high standard.

Really impressed with their attitude and the quality of their work — a genuinely positive experience. Would happily recommend them and JLA for anyone needing reliable, professional service

JLA have a marketing strapline of ‘no…

JLA have a marketing strapline of ‘no hidden costs’ this is misleading and should be reported. If you take out a Total Care contract any routine maintenance is NOT included. You will get hounded by the sales team to book in your ‘ necessary’ service annually and then be charged an extortionate amount. You will then be continually hounded to do this while being confused as what Total Care actually means. It means an engineer will sometimes come if it breaks down and occasionally he will be able to fix it. This company are not pleasant people to deal with so I guess this is down to whoever writes the training programmes. Be warned it is cheaper to buy your own machines and get a plumber.

We have a regular engineer by the name…

We have a regular engineer by the name of Nicole. I have never met someone as enthusiastic as this young lady. Her technical skills are second to none. She looks after our industrial washing machines and dryers and always gets them going as soon as we have a breakdown. I wish there were more people like her across all industries :)

Engineer Visit

I've had an engineer here today to service my dryers, I've known him through JLA for the last 16 years, he's efficient, polite with very good knowledge of what's needed to be done.
I trust this man to get the job done 100%

COWBOY COMPANY

WE HAVE HAD A LEASED DISHWASHER WITH THESE FOLKS THAT CONTINUALLY GOES WRONG TOTAL DISRUPTION TO THE CARE HOME THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR 2+ YEARS - WE TOOK A BREAKDOWN CONTRACT WITH THEM - CONTINUALLY THEY ARE SENDING ENGINEERS THAT DO NOT FIX EACH PROBLEM - WE ARE PHONING THEM CONTINUALLY - EACH ENGINEER THAT COMES OUT SAYS THE LAST ENGINEER SHOULD OF FIXED IT - THEN REPLIES I CANT BECAUSE I NEED PARTS. 2 YEARS+ LATER I AM APPALLED AT THE LACK OF CUSTOMER THAT THIS COMPANY DOES NOT GIVE. WE HAVE ATTEMPTED TO SPEAK TO ENGINEERS BOSSES THAT ARE ALWAYS OUT OF THE OFFICE WHEN WE CALL - THERE SO CALLED CUSTOMER CARE LINE DOES NOTHING - THEY SAY THEY ARE ESCALATING THE PROBLEM - STILL NO RESPONSE. THIS COMPANY IS FULLOF CLOWNS - THAT DO NOT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT THEIR BROKEN DOWN LEASED APPLIANCES - KEEP WELL AWAY FROM THEM
