Truly excellent service
I had two slight problems. 1. A small scratch across the front of one of the 4 cameras and 2. Not reading the instructions properly!
One phone call and the camera was replaced instantly. For problem No 2 I phoned to ask a question that I would have known the answer to if I'd read the instructions properly. The query was answered politely and quickly. I'd also like to add that before buying the system I'd phoned a couple of other companies who a) didn't seem to know what they were talking about and b) their cheaper prices were disguised by additional costs as you placed the order.
The system I bought was just over £500, came quickly and works faultlessly. Worth noting that you really do get what you pay for with this type of kit.
Highly recommended.

Quality products with efficent service & backup
As security camera's can be in so many different situations I always found JMC had the answer when confronted with the unusual.
If unavailable I was never long in getting a response to my answer phone message.
Delivery was always prompt.
A varied range of products and accessories which should suit anyone's requirements.
Nice to know there is always expertise on the other end of the phone.
I have had favourable comments from my customers, who on visiting my office have commented on the clarity of the images.
