Avoid – terrible service and no refund

Used the wrong address, ignored all contact, and still haven’t paid what they owe even after a court judgment. Very poor and untrustworthy company. Not a a registered company.

Love my new dining table and chairs! Firstly the communication was excellent, every question I asked was answered. The delivery was super fast, with phone calls on how long they would be! Two men delivering, were careful and considerate of my property. Couldn't fault this company at all. Very happy customer.

Quick service – less than a week, and I received my table and chair delivery. The team has been very helpful, even when the office was closed on the weekend. I initially thought some of my orders weren’t included in the delivery, but it turned out the chair legs were in the compartment of the chair. They made sure to reply to me at every step, so I didn’t have to worry.

The table and chair look even better in person. Great communication and an amazing team – they will do their best to deliver at a time that suits you. I will definitely be ordering from this company again. Compared to other companies, they offer better prices, better communication, and quick service, always making sure the customer is happy.

I received my dinning set weeks ago, just wanted to enjoy it before writing a review. I got a Table and six chairs.
The dining set is gorgeous. The company and team are amazing.
It's too me quite a while to choose a dining set that will march my furnitures, floor and walls. After few communications and photos,I sent them pictures of both my floor and walls and they were brilliant in helping, the communications was great and my dinning set is now in my dinning room all set-up by the this company's team with lots of complement from family and friends which I have recommended this company to. Extremely poor after sales service. Zero level of customer centricity. On 30th May we got delivery of our order of a dining table 4 chairs and a bench, Vide order number #8881. We had prepaid for the assembly of furniture, delivery guys had no clue, had to show them the order then they did all in haste. Leg of one chair was broken. The size of bench was not fitting the space as we visualised. We immediately raised both issues and we're reassured by the team at JMD furnishings, it would be resolved. We waited patiently and reminded them now and then. Their customer care team stopped responding post 12th June. After repeated follow-up efforts, Very recently they confirmed that they are sending the new bench and person to repair the leg of chair on 9th July. No body turned up and now no one is responding. My wife Sheetal Dubey was engaging till now, it has been frustrating, harassing and disappointing experience with them. Please be wary of dealing with them.

Enquired late Sunday evening, very fast with answering. All questions answered with no trouble. Super fast delivery on Tuesday evening. 2 delivery drivers were lovely and assembled for us. Highly recommend.

I ordered a table and chairs from this Company. It came and was fitted by two men at 6.45 am. It looked very nice Immediately after they left I noticed two chairs were damaged with a small tear in each on in exactly the same place. Within two minutes of them leaving I messaged the company to notify them. I was told they would be replaced within a week. Nothing was heard from them so I messaged again and was told they were booked for delivery on Tuesday 25th March in the evening. Nothing turned up and yet again I’ve had to message them. No answer as yet but I’m going by other reviews it doesn’t look good. I’ll let you know the outcome as I will be taking Action against them if it’s not rectified.
I’m an 80 year old widowed pensioner.
Update: 4th April. Despite promises that the damaged chairs will be replaced nothing has happened. Messages ignored so unfortunately I’m having to take Legal Action. It seems this Company are fine until something goes wrong so BEWARE.

Waited in all day and the delivery team (who are great by the way) arrived at 8pm!!! They sent wrong wardrobe set and no chest of draws. Been waiting 6 weeks for the chest of draws!! The wardrobe has damage in the back. I have been asking for a refund and none to date. I have reported to consumer rights and waiting for them to investigate. Terrible service as you can not speak to anyone on the phone. Do not buy from this company

Recently purchased table set and coffee table I am over the moon, they are stunning,quality pieces. This company are so easy to deal with,answered all my questions and the delivery driver was a gentleman nothing was too much trouble, he is a credit to the company. Ordered dining table set sent wrong chair legs for one of the chairs, been over 3 weeka do not respond to emails or answer their phones, were very responsive when placing order now there's a problem you barely get a response. Also pay on delivery, you are told cash or bank transfer which doesn't give you same protection as credit or debit card

On the 6th of December I contacted jmd furnishings about the Vienna dining table with Lewis lion knocker six chairs and three bar stools to match in the dark grey, I was a little wary on ordering from Facebook but from start to finish the company has been fantastic responding straight away to any of my questions one week later my table and chairs arrived and they are stunning and fantastic quality, the delivery drivers where great very polite and asmbled my furniture in no time, I would definitely recommend.

The customer service was fantastic prompt and efficient. The set I ordered came within a few days from ordering. Delivery drivers called on the day and they were professional.
The dining table and chairs are by far the best quality I have seen, the table top is solid marble. The chairs are made to a high standard with a solid frame and high quality foam. I would highly recommend this company.

Beautiful table and chairs well made and looks much more expensive than it was. Excellent service from this company always keeping in touch with updates re delivery. I would certainly recommend them.
