I purchased a JML Chuckle Chum for my…

I purchased a JML Chuckle Chum for my puppy for Christmas, he absolutely loved it. However after a week then motor stopped working. I returned it to Asda and because I didn't have the receipt they wouldn't change it. I purchased a second one from Argos and after a few weeks the same thing happened again. I contacted customer service at JML who were anything but helpful and said there was nothing they can do to help. This toy is of very poor quality and very difficult to put batteries into. I would not recommend anyone purchase this item as it is a complete waste of money. I have been back in touch with JML today and their response is they don't know what happens to their goods once they have left them or how the seller deals with the 1 year warranty, in other words they are not interested and don't want to help in any way. They have advised me to take the problem up with Argos where it was purchased!! That's me finished buying anything from JML.

WELL TO PUT YOU IN THE PICTURE THERE NOT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR POSTAGE DO DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT AS I WAS I THOUGHT IT ONLY APPLIES TO BUYING TWO PAIR AND GET ONE FREE BUT IT APPLIES TO SINGLE PAIRS AS WELL.

Ordered and cancelled in the same day…

Ordered and cancelled in the same day within a couple of hours and emailed to confirm cancellation was told that they could not cancel the order as it was being processed I emailed again but was told when driver dropped it off tell him to take it back they are now saying it could take up to three weeks for refund,, this is very disappointing and bad service now going to have wait till they decide to refund me, iam now getting pay pall involved

Mighty Light glasses absolutely useless first pair had broken Arm returned for replacement and second pair didn't light up, customer service was awful not interested just said return to store don't buy this it's no good at all and customer service are useless.

I ordered an item received it,then returned it because it did,nt fit.and never received my refund for about 3 weeks.when I did I only got refunded the price of the item,When I initially paid £3.99 for delivery.I will never use this company again very shoddy service.

First time using this company and I selected the wrong delivery address. My fault I know but when I called I was told orders could not be amended. I have to talk to a courier company instead. Update. Order was cancelled by JML and I reordered.

Motion sensor solar light - wouldn't be without it!

i bought motion sensor solar light to replace the same one which had lasted many, many years. Even I was able to assemble it and screw onto my fence. It works very well providing me with light when coming back home at night. Excellent product and fast delivery too.

Cannot trust JML feedback and they sell poor quality items

Poor review system only posts if you recommend the product renering it use/less. I bought sealing tape for the bath, which would not stick. l tried to leave bad feedback this was never posted. What is the point of feedback if you can only leave good feedback? I will not buy from JML again. You cannot trust the feedback. I had to buy new tape from Soudle, it works well
