Before the interview I signed up for Farhan’s 1:1 interview coaching sessions.  Farhan gave me some homework to do before our first session.  I was to use what I had learnt from the online coaching module to ascertain what type of questions I might be asked at interview from the Job specification and break these up into positive, negative and competency based questions.  This really forced me to think about the job and my skill set and to predict potential questions I might be asked at interview.
 
I found the coaching sessions intense and really challenging and really helpful.  Farhan was so kind, insightful, objective and really got underneath to the heart of how I was holding myself back at interviews through his thorough assessment and coaching sessions encouraging me to think and behave differently at interviews.   Farhan really helped me to harness my strengths to be successful at my next interview.  The coaching sessions really changed my way of thinking and my approach in interviews.

Amazing! I can’t thank Farhan enough for what he did for me. I am actively looking for a job, I have been invited to a few interviews and although I have the right experience for the role, I get extremely nervous, mumble and never know what to say during the interview, therefore zero job offers. I got called on a Friday evening for an interview the following Tuesday morning, no enough time for me to prepare properly, after considering various options, I chose Job Interviewology...
