I was very surprised how comprehensive and helpful the resume review was. I will most definitely take on board the given suggestions.

I am updating this review with additional context to be fair to JobLeads as this is not necessarily an issue with only JobLeads and maybe more helpful. Because that was my intent however unsuccessful.

My experience has been very frustrating for the following reasons:

1. Overlapping AI-driven site websites/jobsites (i.e. Linkedin, Lensa etc) with tons of similar tools. You find yourself on an endless merry-go-round of subscriptions or AI generated content that changes depending on what website you are on. Plus you still have to decipher between what is helpful and what is noise.

2. I still believe there are better avenues for employment. The focus is on more exposure but not better exposure. In all my time hiring people the problem was not how many candidates...it was the quality of candidates.

3. Too much UI and not enough UX. Better user interface not for just the how but for the why. Changing critical to essential is poetic license not wrong or right.

As I said in my opening. These frustrations are not exclusive to the JobLeads website. Hope this a bit more helpful.

I sent my CV in Spanish and they analyzed it, proposed changes and sent me a prototype of how it should look. And all free, I can't complain

The recommendations and explanations for improving my resume were very helpful and useful. I have revised my resume to incorporate the recommendations.

Total scam, they take your email from other websites, lure you to apply for a job, not allowing you to send the application unless you make a payment, (I never signed up with them voluntarily but was offered a link for a job application), so it's not clear that they have only premium option to send a simple application. Very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Susan gray have me a job analysis and it really gave me some new ideas to try and look for a job. I also got a resume look overand I got some good advice on that s well

I found the recommendations on length, font usage, and the use of strong action verbs extremely helpful, and I will apply them immediately.

Glad to see that I'm on the right track. In that, most of the companies I worked for I held a variety of those positions simultaneously. I didn't want to repeat myself as it would only make my resume longer. I agree that the street address should be removed along with the italics & bold. I also agree to the strategic wording.
