The résumé review provided by the team is incredible despite being free. I have entered the job market with no helping hand and no guidance, so naturally the last 6 months were a living hell. However, I feel comfortable with the guidance provided by JobLeads. Legit, it has been no more than 2 hours since I received the review and It was delivered with care. Misleading and hidden fine print subscription information leading to being charged full premium membership after 14 days. When using mobile phone to sign up for low cost trial the fine print was hidden off the screen. Clearly done on purpose to trick users into getting charged expensive membership fees. No recourse to refund even for prorated period. Feel ripped off during period of unemployment and cost of living crisis. Do not use!!!!! Many Free job search sites available and use free AI for cv writing tips!!!

It was wonderful to have someone look over my resume and make suggestions for improvements. Claudia was thoughtful and explained that even small changes could affect how my resume was perceived by an employer. I would definitely recommend this service.

Job leads is another job aggregator website, but with AI tools. For $2.99 I got two weeks premium, which was plenty.

The good: It has a slightly better screening for relevant jobs, for me anyway. I am in a highly specialized field and Indeed seems to think I work in healthcare, Linkedin seems to thing I want to be a tutor, and Glass door believes I am a truck driver. This is the good part.

The bad (big sigh). You cannot directly apply with your resume. This was a big one. You upload a resume, then when you apply to a vacancy, the AI re-writes it for that job. Also it generates a cover letter if you want. You cannot edit it.

I read mine, and AI had inserted things I have not done, and made a lot of bold claims to my experience that are just not true. This will not only NOT get you the job upon interviewing, it could be rather embarrassing once you get the job and you have misrepresented yourself. This is a huge thing.

My experience is pretty impressive I think, I worked very hard to get where I am. I simply cannot let a simple act of laziness torpedo possible job opportunities. Likewise, the cover letter has that "AI SLOP" vibe to it, it is not how I write and sounds a bit too much.

DISCLAIMER: They do allow you to edit the resume, but only so far as to completely remove or add sections, there is no room for editorial, I have tried over and over, you are stuck with their version when you apply to jobs through this platform.

Most job selections were vacancies I have found elsewhere, but sorted a lot better here. There werre more expired jobs as well. I think finding the jobs here and applying through another platform is the way to go, to bypass the AI resume generator.

There are other negatives as well but this resume re-write was plenty enough for me.

I love how neat and well set out my resume is, how well it has been condensed and how the correct format is now used so that when it is scanned by the ATS system it will pick up the essential words that are being looked for.

Absolute scam. You b st rds have no shame preying on a vulnerable group, unemployed people who are only looking for a job. NEVER TRUST A JOB "PLATFORM" THAT'S MAKING YOU PAY!
A 2-week €2.99 "trial" signs you up for an automatic conversion to a premium membership and charge you €70 (w/out actually upgrading your profile so you can't exactly get support afterwards LOL) without a prior warning, notification, or EVEN AN AUTHORIZATION TO USE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IF YOUR PRIMARY ONE'S INSUFFICIENT! I haven't gotten anything out of this goddamn website with fake job postings aside from the illusion of working hard to land a job, shame on me! I am an idiot. But Jobleads is evil.

Honest opinion? The feedback provided by Claudia on my resume was good. She made it clear where I could make improvements and provided some examples for reference. Not a bad service offered and it was free.

What a scam!
I signed up for the 14 days trial, paid 2.99, got around 10 emails a day, completely unrelated to my job search.
They tried to charge me £56 and take money out twice, I contacted them puzzled, requested to cancel my membership and all I get is standard response emails back.
Luckly, there is £1.50 in my account, so they were unable to take my money.
I will be reporting them to action fraud and trading standards. Zero customer service, and the trick you into signing up for a very expensive membership!

AVOID. Scam company.
I signed up to the trial. The job ad that lured me in, I found out once I had paid, had long ago expired. I requested a refund immediately. They refunded me for my trial but then continued to repeatedly try to take the full annual payment from my account. Fortunately my bank is wise to it and prevented it from coming out each time, allowing me to block it. Each time I have emailed the customer service email address I get no response. My bank has now frozen my card due to the number of attempts at payment I have blocked. These people are criminals and shouldn’t be allowed to operate.

Edit: they're now trying to get my review down by saying "they don't think it's based on a genuine experience". Too bad for them i sent a video to trustpilot proving you need to pay to apply to jobs

This CV review was. brutally honest! It helped me understand my strong points and aeras of opportunity, specially the direct and concise feedback came along with clear explanations of why Things should be done in a different wayto make my CV aoutstand among the others.
