My experience with JobLeads has been disappointing.
I signed up for a 14-day trial membership starting on April 19, 2026. According to the information provided to me, the trial period ended on May 3, 2026.
On May 3, I submitted a cancellation request through their online form and received a confirmation email the same day acknowledging the cancellation. Despite this, I was charged €69.90 for the following membership period.
Since then, I have disputed this charge and repeatedly requested clarification regarding the calculation of the applicable deadline, as well as the contact details of the consumer mediator responsible for handling disputes. To date, I have not received a clear answer to these questions.
Beyond the billing dispute, I was also disappointed by the overall value of the service. A significant portion of the platform appears to focus on additional coaching services, CV optimization tools, and AI-generated career content rather than on providing unique job opportunities.
Regarding the AI-powered CV tools, I personally found them of limited value. Many recruiters and hiring managers increasingly encourage candidates to submit authentic and personalized applications rather than relying heavily on generic AI-generated content.
What disappointed me most was the lack of meaningful communication and the unsatisfactory handling of my complaint.
I encourage future users to carefully review the automatic renewal terms, assess whether the additional services provide real value for their situation, and keep records of all communications and cancellation requests.

If someone could connect and give me suggestions more constructive, could make my experience better as i have worked in multiple organisations so, i find it hard to reduce the length of resume. Also, the ATS score depicts that my resume is more appropriate for positions other than governance, policy and compliance. Though i am transitioning from Quality Control to GRC/cybersecurity. Seems like a data farm, same as "studysmarter". Posts non existent jobs, or jobs that were filled ages ago, and definitely doesn't follow the law around deleting your data, will be reporting to ICO
They just scrape other websites and clone the job posting, they do this without the company's permission and never remove the post

It's a scam
They don't let you cancel your 2 week discounted membership and take money from your account without consent. The jobs I tried to apply for in my discounted trial either didn't exist or were very different to their descriptions on the site. The headhunter search is no better than what you can do yourself spending a minute on Google. Utter rubbish. Avoid.

site wouldnt cancel, and they took a months membership fee from me.

STAY AWAY, this company is nothing but a money grab. They have the worst customer service and complaint handling ive ever experienced. They debited my bank account after cancellation and continue to do so and despite multiple attempts for a refund, and escalation to management all ive received is the same message reply and no resolution. If you value the your money I would not subscribe or use their services. BEWARE

This looks like a scam. I subscribed for the 2,99€, and they made a recurring subscription of 69,90€. When I saw i immediatly ask to cancel my subscription, but they didnt care. Their business model is to trick people from the 3€ and charge 70€. On the other hand, most of job offers are fake, when you click on them, the link is always broken.
