Terrible conveyancing experience. Very poor communication and the person managing the case was inexperienced and not knowledgeable enough to manage the case.

Reached out to a solicitor I used briefly when at another practice for sobering completely different, and very black and white subject. They gave me very brief and clear suggestions on the matter and left it at that, no videos incurred.
Roll on a few years and finding the same solicit at a different practice, I was looking for a different service which we had started conversations about. Shortly sheet this discussions I received a huge bill, with l which when comparing to other solicitors in the same field worked out to be over 10 times the amount.
Even after raising a complaint which never got another I note had to pay for a service that didn’t fit what I wanted and now have to go elsewhere and pay again for what I require!
Avoid otherwise you’ll get invoiced massively unknowingly!!
On a side note they wanted to charge an additional fee to carry out what I wanted, again at 10x of others. Wow
