Recently ordered cup cakes for a friend - on time and delicious, will use again for cakes.

Thanks to joi, ordering multiple gifts for my husband on Father’s Day was the most seamless and worry-free eshopping experience ever! I happened to be traveling on Father’s Day, so I had to organize something little by distance and for a very specific time slot. Everything - including the variety of cheesecakes - arrived beautifully packaged and without any damage. The presentation was just amazing.

My husband was left pleasantly surprised, and beyond moved with all the attention during the delivery. The delivery agent was just amazing! Even our neighbors noticed :)

I made the order from the UK for some flowers and cup cakes to to sent to Al-Nahda Dubai. The flowers were beautiful, cupcakes were as ordered, and the message card was also included in the delivery. I completed the order on a Saturday afternoon (uk TIME), to be delivered the next day between 9-2pm(UAE time). The delivery was exactly on time. I made contact using WhatsApp for initial enquiry and even after placing my order I got immediate response and when I made contact with my order number they told me the driver was out delivering the order... The recipient confirmed the order and sent me pictures which were exactly as per order.. I would and have recommended this site to other family members to use.. Great Service..

In My area Very Slow jio Internet service. How can able to study for student as per government rule(online Edu.) I have sent mail or feedback to Jio service many times, but still not resolved our issues.

Terrible service! I ordered a gift for Valentine’s Day and it wasn’t delivered until 2 days later. Lots of stories about why and who’s fault it was but each day it seemed they lost track of the order. They offered me a partial refund for the poor service and confirmed 4 times it was refunded and they blamed my bank. Three weeks later I ask for proof of the refund and all of a sudden they “just processed it”.

There’s so many similar companies offering better service, I wouldn’t bother with Joi gifts ever again!

I ordered a Moon personalized message that was supposed to have a message on one side and a picture. They literally told me sorry fr moon was already made can’t add a personalized message. Like what? Not my problem if it was already made since listing clearly indicated a personalized message. Total scam

The worst service ever. They were late for a few days!!! How can you do that when there is a special occasion? Also, they brought almost dead flowers. Do not trust this company, ever.

Ordered surprise present for my boyfriend on Valentines Day . They deliver only half order . Keep chasing customer service via email , online chat , WhatsApp with no success. Totally ignored . This was my first experience an the last . Lost my time and money . Awful experience . Not recommend to anyone !!!

Absolutely despicable customer service. The agent I spoke to when having issues with the website was so rude, they had me in tears. No help at all and very patronising, and when I asked them to eventually take my order over the phone, they refused saying they had already offered that solution and it was now too late...I will NEVER use Joi Gifts again...Disgusted with their service...

Awful service. Twice my gift was not delivered. Once on a birthday, once for valentine's Day. Don't bother.

Hi, I have ordered some gifts for Valentines Day on 30st of January, to be delivered on 14th of February, however, they delivered the wrong items and when I have tried to contact them on all social media platforms, they didn’t respond, plus no one picked up the call and no answer to the emails as well. The worst experience ever and very bad customer service!!! I don’t recommend at all!!!!

Terrible experience, and now being completely ignored by customer service.

1. Order was due to be delivered by 6pm, it wasn't
2. When it was delivered at 9.30pm, the courier said they'd forgotten one item (balloons), and didn't offer any resolution
3. One item delivered was wrong (ordered sunflower box, received an entirely different item)

It's acceptable to make mistakes, however the customer service to rectify the issues has been non-existent - my messages and emails have been ignored.

This isn't how to run a business for the long term.

Worst service i have ever seen the flowers weren’t fresh and the delivery guy was so late didn’t even reached on time i was so disappointed would never order from them again

Ordered birthday treats for my Daughter in Abu Dhabi. Website was quick and easy to use.
The items were received on time, delivery driver was excellent from what my Daughter tells me.
The items were exactly as shown on the website.

Joi Gifts is Awesome! All the Orders were delivered on time and they were all correct. My sister enjoyed her birthday gifts. I will definitely use them again.

I was a little skeptical when I placed my first order to Jeddah, especially being from the USA. I wasn’t sure if everything I ordered was going to look like what I bought and I wasn’t sure if it would make it to my friend. But I was pleasantly surprised! Everything was spot on and It was a wonderful surprise! The delivery was a bit delayed but the customer service was awesome and helpful in letting me know. I will be using Joi gifts in the future!!!

I loved it.. presentation was amazing... i ordered cupcakes, chocolates, chocolate dipped strawberries and love mug to my husband.... he said the quality and taste of everything was very good... only conplain tht i asked them to deliver between 9am-12pm but they didnt n wen i co tacted them they apologized and said tht we didnt inform u n we r sorry but 2 things were nt ready so the delivery will b around 12-3. So they did the delivery around 2ish.. but its ok considering tht it was 2nd day of eid so i can underdtand tht they must b bz... but the taste,service n presentation was amazing so its ok. 😊 i loved it....

Paula is one of the best employees that Joi can get. While Mandis didn’t help me and kept on telling me to refer to the website and told me to log in from the browser while I faced a technical error, Paula reset everything including the technical glitch. She completed everything as I had already wasted 3 hours with mandis. It took Paula two seconds to sort it. I was able to place my order because of her otherwise they were at the verge of losing a loyal client. Thank you Joigifts and thank you Paula.

I am quite apprehensive about ordering anything online but I should say you guys changed it! The delivery was quick and efficient. No confusions about location, or umpteen calls to verify availability. They delivered within 2 hours of ordering, freshest of the flowers, balloons and cupcakes (that were devoured within minutes). You have got yourself a regular customer!🙂
