Amazing / Never go into debt

Amazing, amazing, amazing. Instead of going into debt by using a credit card, this is the best and most incredible way to buy expensive art or furniture pieces that one would normally have trouble paying for. It is also an incredible way to save up for that incredible vacation or nip n tuck for here and there!

I used Reel to buy my nintendo switch. I'm in love with it. I use it for hours every. single. day . It is my absolute favorite thing I've reeled to this day . If it was for reel I may have never gotten it because it's $300. Love Reel and love my switch.

Everything was actually good

Everything was actually good, until the item that I received was damage. But they actually replied faster than the actual store where they ordered it. The only thing that I didnt like was I had to wait longer than I expected before they can process my order. It probably took 2 weeks before it was send out plus additional days for the delivery to come.

I hate to sound like one of those…

I hate to sound like one of those people but this is a terrible idea I ordered a PlayStation 5 from here waited for months and they couldn’t get one so I asked for a refund and told them I did not have the same bank account number that I had a new one and they still deposited my old bank account which I initially asked them not to because I have zero access to that bank account all in all save yourself the trouble from dealing with this company and put the money into savings yourself reel is a terrible idea and has poor customer service I regret dealing with them 💯

I ordered an Xbox series on the 23 of November. It said it was supposed to be here the 13th of december, then switched to the 15th then switched to the 21st and now it’s switched to the 23rd. definitely not consistent.

Its been more than ten days since i put…

Its been more than ten days since i put on a cash out request,still no response,i need my money back asap. Banks usually let you know when a refund is pending on your account so as easy it is for reel to take your money out it should be easy for the customer to get his money back if either the item is unavailable etc.

I would give them a one if I could

I would give them a one if I could. I paid for a PlayStation 5 in full and then once I paid for it they send me an email telling me that they could not fulfill my order which is fine. What is not fine is the fact I have not received my 423 back. It has been 11 days and my money has not been sent to my account yet. I never dealt with these people before and I never will again. How dare they take someone money tell them it will take 10 days and now it has been 11 days and still nothing. I would highly recommend anyone to run from this company. I am a single mother with 2 boys and can’t not afford for someone to take my money and not give it back. After this review I will be filing a complaint with BBB

They sent me an email telling me that…

They sent me an email telling me that the order couldn't be processed because it was out of stock and they still snatched the money out of my account.now I have to fill out a transfer form to get my money back. And it's going to take 5 to10 days for me to see it in my account. I put in a order on the 13th of November and it still hasn't been return to my account. They took money out of my account and it put me in a negative balance now I'm getting charged overdraft fees because of their mistakes this is my first and final time ever doing anything with this company

Need My Refund

I blatantly removed my bank and emailed reel to tell them that I no longer want the item I saved up for in hopes that they wouldn’t charge and I wake up to open my bank only to see that I was charged $533 for an Xbox that they apparently found in stock somewhere. It is out of stock everywhere and I wouldn’t have wanted to cancel the item if that wasn’t the case. I’m needing a refund to help pay bills but reel won’t help

Good idea

I quite enjoy Reel. It’s a great way to save for an item that you really want but can not afford all at once. Their agents are really friendly and willing to help. I have had issues however, once I saved for an item & it was out of stock by the time I saved for it. Another time, recently, I had the funds to pay for an item that was on sale but I never received a notification from Reel for me to verify my address . So by the time I verified it to complete my order ... the item was all sold out & is not found on any other retailer sight . VERY disappointing. Especially when I could have bought the item flat out but I have all this money saved on Reel so why not use that. A Notification alert feature should be added to the site. They do offer you to cash out all of your money for a small fee which is what I’m currently doing ..
