I wanted to buy some tennis shoes and I had to change 6 times because when I started saving for the product it was a price and when I had already paid it in full and I was going to order it they received a message saying that the price was more I say yes the price of the product changed price after I had already started saving that was no longer my fault and it was the reason why I changed many times and in the end I bought others that I do not like as much as the ones that I had saved

I purchased a lot item and all of them were EASYYYYY...
My complain is you can't substitute or delete reels and need to e-mail the associates.

So i love this app, however very disappointed on my last 2 reels. on one of the purchases they sent me the wrong style heel and color ( red bottoms wink*) in the correct style box ( wth, right?) on my second reel i was informed that my selected Gucci Slides are out of stock from all retail Stores (very upset).

I just feel Reel should have a system where they can reserve what people are reeling for instead of having the purchaser reel all the way thru and being informed that the item you were anxiously waiting for is out of stock last minute, but that's just my thought!

purchased 3 item and all of them were easy purchased!I would definitely recommend REEL! the only complain is you can't delete the stuff in your cart if you decided not reeling it, you literally have to email them for them to delete it(frown face on).so far soooo goooodd!!REEEELLL!!!

I'm writing this review as I just received my first reel in the mail! I was so excited and overall I have had such a great experience. I would definitely recommend this site to anyone because it's such a great tool if you are not willing to spend big amounts of money all at once. I was able to get an item I wanted in less than 2 months all while still saving money. My only concern was that I wish I was able to transfer the money I saved back into my bank account for when I really need it. Other than that I am 100% pleased!

Best experience by far, no complaints. I have bought 10 items from here and have not have an issue yet. You guys, this is where it’s at for designer items right now. I have gotten some really wonderful items and the best part is I didn’t want to puke when I got them! I got to take time to budget and save, so I felt like I EARNED them and it was such a good experience. If you’re wondering if you should do it, you deserve it. Just do it.
