I have found the whole process with Wygovy to be easy and straightforward. I like the Voy app and chat to them regularly about progress and seek suggestions. I have had several check ins with medical staff so feel well supported.

So far I have lost nearly three stone, I am near my target weight and starting to focus on maintaining what I have lost looking ahead.

Habe tried 3 other methods before with little or no change and bad side effects. Voy has been very thorough and professional whilst guiding and pushing for results. Fantastic results so far!! Without side effects. Keeps you on track and positive thank you!!

A very pleasant experience talking to my physician, calm and at a steady pace. I was put at ease very quickly and it wasn't embarrassing in the least. All concerns and queries were dealt with in a professional manner which gave me the confidence to proceed. The website app is excellent, especially for a Luddite such as myself. My order arrived promptly and was very straightforward. The videos and tutorials are, again excellent. Thus far, a very happy chappy!

I would have given 5 stars, but there was a problem with my advance order for 3-month's supply of Wegovy as I am travelling.

First, I had to convince VOY that they were going to send me the wrong dosage. This took three exchanges on their chat before they conceded that I was correct.

Second, they charged me for the three months I had requested but only sent one month's supply. Trying to deal with them on the chat bot was frustrating and made me anxious, as they said that my 3-month's supply would be sent in three monthly lots!!

Again, I had to try and argue my case and requested a number to call, which they will not give out. Eventually a few hours later, someone messaged me again to concede that I should have received my three month supply all at the same time.

Whilst ultimately I got what I had ordered and paid for, the hassle at having to argue on the chat to get the correct dosage and then the correct delivery was unnecessary, and stressful.

The medication is well packed and came with additional remedial medication to address any side effects I might experience. As it happens, I didn't need these.

Were very helpful when parcel was delibered to wrong address. Recieved a replacement next day. Thankyou

The guy Leigh who hosted it was very good at explaining all the issues that may arise and all other queries with real life experience and in a way that was easy to grasp for people who have never done this before.

Great to have the reassuring support of the team through my experience.

The doctor was so informative she covered all the questions I’d had with thought me asking a thing! I’ve been left feeling confident about the service and look forward to hopefully getting some results.
