Very disappointed
I’m having a very bad experience, I’ve been approved for 15mg Mounjaro pen , after few days it was cancelled, and they told me I’ll get a 5mg instead, after few days the cancelled it and prescribed again the 15mg , now I’m waiting for days to be dispatched and never happened, I paid 3 times , got 2 refunds and now I’m waiting for it.
Every time I speak to someone the customer service, I get a different answer, once someone even blamed the AI ( Joy) for giving me a wrong information.
Very frustrating!
Voy is the most expensive provider and the worst customer service.
Stay away from it !!!!
