The watch arrived and about a month later the glass face fell off. Through back and forth emailing with the company they then only offered 20% discount if I reordered and allowed me to keep the broken watch. Avoid. I will say that on week days the company was prompt in response but that didn’t make up for their appalling lack of care for the customer. Not the admins fault, but still a shocking policy.

No parcel ever arrived
Fobbed off with lies saying its in transit for 4 weeks
Automated emails to say they had no influence on the carrier
Basically didn't want to know

I ordered a nice looking pendant from their website , but what arrived was utter rubbish , I complained and they said the item was the same as advertised on their site

Then they said I could return it , but only offered a 20% refund

I wish I didnt have to give 1 star! Absolute joke. Ordered 5 weeks ago, still nothing. They have replied to one of my emails basically saying 'On its way, may take 90 days' DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Ordered earrings on 2/12/24. Told they would be delivered in time for Christmas. The tracking showed that Evri hadn't received them so I requested a refund. I was then told it could take 60 days for delivery. I ended up having to open a PayPal dispute to get a refund. Don't use them. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

Scammers - avoid.

Ordered some earrings for Xmas, 2 weeks before, told me delivery could be 3 weeks, got earrings today, however they are just cheap Temu ones at a hugely inflated price, Dint use this company!

Ordered a pair of earrings. Never arrived. Emailed them 6 times with no reply. No refund either. I'm going to inform the bank and hopefully it might help others.

I bought a bangle as a gift. I was shocked when it finally arrived. Awful quality! It looked small so I slightly pulled the ends to see if it would widen to fit and there was very little resistance. I could probably have pulled it into a straight line! It was reasonably priced but not dirt cheap so I didn’t suspect a scam but I should have checked reviews I usually do and I am kicking myself.

Awful company - avoid. Son ordered a birthday present for his girlfriend. They sent the Wrong item and poor customer service avoided my messages. Could not return and Only offered a 20% refund!

Unfortunately I cannot give no stars.
Ordered 2 necklaces, they arrived and were nothing like described and the quality was appalling.
I asked to return, they sent a returns form which I filled out and put on parcel.
Never had a refund. Have chased them and now they say that I needed to inform them
That I was returning the parcel.
I did!! Hence the email containing the returns form. I returned the parcel to the sent address on the original parcel .
Apparently , the wrong thing to do!
Even though if given the post code that the parcel was sent from I can get all tracking details and also the parcel was signed for.
As yet no response and they say no refund.
Avoid at all costs!!

It's a scam. Ordered a watch on 15th February. Never received it. Emails from them keep saying awaiting despatch!! Nearly 5 weeks later no watch. Do not use this company.

I ordered a bracelet. Which did not arrive. Sent several emails to no avail. I am waiting to see if I get my money refunded.

Absolutely useless site and products. I ordered a bracelet from here that arrived damage. The item felt like pure plastic instead of solid silver. After thirty minutes of wear the bracelet literally just came apart and fell onto the floor. After contacting customer service they offered us a 20% refund. Then a 30% refund even though their T&C’s specify you can return within 14 days of arrival but you have to ask for a return form which I’ve asked twice. No return portal and bad customer service. This is still unresolved. Avoid this site at all costs.
