scam still haven’t got anything been 3 months still

I ordered a photo in necklace on December 18th, Never got it. I emailed them on December 30th to ask where my order was.
I got a reply on the 31st saying that it was "successfully despatched" and should be with me in 1 or 2 working days.
I ordered on the 18th!!!!! plus I paid extra to "skip the queue"
Im glad I paid extra. Otherwise probably I would have got it next Christmas.

Do not order!
I ordered from this company two weeks ago and I have had no update. I have tried to email for an update and I have asked for a tracking number but have received nothing! Please do not order from this company they will scam you.

Absolutely rubbish, necklace went green within a couple of weeks. Can also barely see the photo its way off centre. Do not buy just coz they're a cheaper alternative. Also takes ages to arrive.

This company is a scam!!

I have had a tracking number sent to me after chasing them constantly for the product. The tracking info has not changed in days and is not with yodel or expected by yodel.

I have sent numerous emails and have not had a reply. This was a gift for a birthday present for someone who has had great loss. It’s disgusting that they take your money knowing full well they will not send you the product.

There should be an option for no stars and this is not even deserved.

Received necklace today. Was disappointed with it. Not up to the standard as the one I received for Christmas. Chain very cheap looking. I suppose at £37.00 you get what you pay for. Will not buy from this company again. They gave me a yodel tracking number which turned out to be Royal Mail.

The necklace itself is beautifully crafted, and the attention to detail is remarkable. The photo projection quality is outstanding, capturing the moment perfectly. It exceeded my expectations and made for a unique and meaningful gift

Would give no stars if I could, placed an order at the beginning of December, had an email saying dispatched with a yodel tracking number, this was the in 11th December, tracking number is incorrect . Parcel not arrived. Tried emailed company, had one response saying there updating tracking info, I brought a necklace for my mum and thanks to this company she had no gift to open to Christmas Day. Avoid at all costs, I am going to contact my bank to see if they can help get me my money back. I am not sure how this company is still going after all these reviews, which silly me didn’t check before ordering, lesson learned, surely trading standards should be looking into this company.

What went wrong was, my order originally took a lot longer to arrive that I was, then yodel lost my parcel, my daughters birthday has been and gone now and still no sign of it. Message the company to request a refund as is not received the goods yodel as admitted they’ve lost them, but no they offered me either a 50% refund or a replacement, why would I take 50% so opted for the replacement, although still waiting for the replacement original order was placed mid September.

If I could give a lower star I would. They took my order and I am still waiting for it a year later. After countless emails and attempts to communicate with them I have been met with radio silence. Absolutely disgusting scam of a company with no regards to the customer.

Read all the reviews after I purchased and assumed the worst. However, it arrived in about 10 days, gift wrapped and it is great. Brilliant, really happy.

Scam website, took payment, no confirmation email, no communication.

How this is even still aloud to be used is rediculous.

I ordered a necklace on 3rd March but I didn’t receive a despatch date, i read the reviews below and panicked as i thought this would be a scam. I emailed the company and they responded within a couple of days. The following day 14th March my product arrived and i couldnt be happier with it. Great service and product would definitely recommend

If I could give zero stars I would. The item was delivered to the wrong address I tried to reach the seller who was uncontactable either by phone, WhatsApp or email. The courier company told me to contact the seller and after no contact from them I had to claim my money back from my credit card company. Bought as a Xmas present so very disappointed

Most people complaining clearly did not read the holiday policy stating they wouldn’t deliver between 4-31 of January, I ordered one on the 9th of January and it arrived on the 13th of February which, without holiday policy, is a standard amount of time to deliver. The quality of the product is to a high standard which I was very impressed with. I’m not saying it’s definitely not a scam, however from my experience with the company, I am pleased. However the reason for me to not rate them 5 stars is because there is a slight lack in communication and I’m not sure the number they provide actually exists.

Absolute scam of a company. My daughter placed an order 2nd January for a sentimental order, promised delivery in 7 days & STILL not received it. 1st email said it had been dispatched, 2nd one said it was due to annual holiday which was never mentioned initially, last email said order had been lost & they were reprocessing it. Daughter has asked twice for a refund now & now they’re not replying at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Not received my order that was ordered the beginning of December for a sentimental present. After thousand attempts to contact them, they told me it had been posted by yodel. Press the link they said and it shows as delivered however go on yodel and enter the number its invalid. Not impressed definitely a scam!!! Dont bother wasting your hard earned money to pay some lazy turds who are clearly getting a easy ride for their money. Especially after reading these reviews it confirmed it and wish i checked this first before buying. Even had the order through shop who said they is an issue but u have to contact the seller.

Same story as most of the other reviews on here. Unfortunately we didn't check the reviews before ordering. Partner ordered a necklace for her sister which held a sentimental picture inside and we've had no necklace or any sort of communication from them... we'll still remain hopeful it will turn up but won't hold our breath.

I order a necklace from this company, after i paid i never received an order confirmation email or the necklace, i sent them an email to ask what was happening and never got a reply so i tried calling the number on the website which appears to be a fake number that will not connect

Ordered necklace and can’t see anything , I have contacted them 3 times and no response. Avoid them at all costs !!!!!!
