I really like your products—they are of…

I really like your products—they are of excellent quality. I would only suggest reviewing the shipping cost to Puerto Rico. Since Puerto Rico is part of the United States and we use USPS just like the mainland, the shipping rates should be similar to those for the U.S.

My favorite site to buy fragrances…

My favorite site to buy fragrances online. Usually have what I want in stock if not they email when it’s back available. Never had a problem with shipping in fact it’s very quick. Highly recommended

I'm annoyed

I'm annoyed. I ordered a bottle of Lattafa Ghinwa with a faulty atomizer, and in order to get this issue dealt with I was supposed to produce original packing material I no longer had. At the very least, couldn't they just have sent me a new atomizer? I suppose I will just try to wrestle off the old collar and decant the perfume, but I didn't feel this was good customer service.

I ordered my ring and it went on sale a week later. When I spoke with customer service the lady refunded the order, with no questions asked!

Good company

Good company, fair prices and good customer service( From customer service rep Ellis or Ellie Only)The male customer service rep was not helpful at all and seems as though he didn't want to assist me or even understood what I was trying to accomplish and thank Gosh that he was able to have my 1st customer service rep call me back.

Order "Declined" For No Reason!?!?

I ordered from Jomashop once before, and while the shipping was slow, everything went smoothly. Unfortunately, my second experience was completely different.

After waiting nearly 10 days with no shipping update, I called customer service to see what was going on. The representative informed me that my order had actually been declined - without any notification whatsoever. My payment had already been taken from my account, yet no one contacted me to let me know there was an issue.

When I asked why the order was declined, I was told they had no way of seeing the reason. Even worse, the representative said I wouldn't have found out until much later if I hadn't called myself.

In short, Jomashop took my money, declined my order without notifying me, and only revealed what happened because I reached out. Their solution was to cancel the order and place it again. No thanks - I decided to cancel and take my business elsewhere.
