We moved into our beautiful new home 4 weeks ago. There have been a few snagging points as to be expected with a new build property, but everything has either been dealt with or is in hand. Carl the site manager at the Bolsover site has been brilliant and very professional in every way. Nothing is too much trouble for him to make sure we are happy with everything. We would highly recommend Jones Homes to anyone looking to purchase a quality new build home.

Thank you to everyone on the Sunfield estate in Wilmslow for making moving into our new home such a positive experience. Everyone we have come into contact with, from builders we have passed on the road to contractors coming into the house, have been so polite. There is building works to the front and back of our house but we have never been affected by this, thanks to the professionalism of everyone on site. Everyone who has come to the house to resolve any snags has come on time and have been very respectful of a sleeping baby too! Special thanks to Julie, Phil and Charlie for all their hard work thus far; we really are very grateful

She made the entire process smooth and supported me and my partner every step of the way! She is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and would always keep us updated/put us at ease. Great team who couldn't do enough for us throughout our moving process. The houses are beautiful and the after care once moved in is excellent. I would highly recommend buying a Jones home. We absolutely love our new home !

Absolutely fantastic customer care from both the Sales advisor (Janette A.) and the site manager Billy L. (Site manager). Janette was very helpful and patient with us by walking us through all the extras and choices for selecting materials for our new home. She was great at communicating the progress of the build with us and any additional information Jones Homes required as part of the buying process. Billy has been great at addressing any additional issues with the house after moving in (of which they were all minor and very quickly fixed). All in all very positive experience.

We never thought it would happen and we visited the site every weekend and nothing was too much trouble for her. During the soft launch, we visited the show homes and were taken care of by Julie. Afterward, we visited the homes several times and finally secured our plot. Throughout the entire process, Julie was a tremendous help, supporting us every step of the way and ensuring my happiness throughout. She went above and beyond, and nothing was too much for her. Julie truly exceeded all expectations.

I have recommended family and friends who are moving to visit Julie and Sunfields as the purchase process was super smooth and stress-free.

We have had couple of visits to the sales offices of Sunfield Wilmslow and what a pleasure it was to be hosted by Julie Robert! Not only she is thorough with her job but has exceptional customer centricity. She listened to me and provided options which would work for our family the best and went out of the way to assure that she and Jones Homes would do everything they can to make it easy for us. Employees like Julie is hard to find and Jones Homes are lucky to have her lead this exceptional development. I’m writing this review about Chris Denny who is part of the Customer Care team. We had numerous problems with our house from cracks all over the place to gaps that shouldn’t have been there. Chris was the miracle man who basically sorted everything out. What an asset he is to Jones Homes. Over the past 3 years we have seen numerous different customer care employees. Some were completely incompetent some were just lazy and some were all talk and useless at the job. However Jones homes absolutely found a diamond when Chris Denny walked through their door. Total professional who turns his hand at so many different jobs. He managed to help sort out all of our issues. He has just finished doing some redecorating, he is tidy discreet and ultra polite. I’ve been working from home this week and I hardly noticed he was here. I wish Jones Homes had found him 3 years ago as we have had some horrors here but I’m glad they have finally employed a really excellent worker. Thank you so much! Just to be clear this 5 star review is totally for Chris Denny and the work that he has done in our house.

A quick word about one of the directors Terry Brown. Terry has been very fair with us and did his best to sort out all our issues some of which have been very challenging fingers crossed everything is finally fixed 🤞

Mike Barrett is a credit to Jones Homes! He went the extra mile to make sure our shower was out of service for the shortest time possible ….
He cleaned up after himself and his workmanship excellent…
