The staff are friendly and caring as well and in recent years I've been a customer at your Victoria branch. I'd like to make the suggestion for an advertising slogan saying: "Jones Bootmakers You'll be walking on air"

Susan was amazing
Susan was amazing. I have difficult feet to fit and she was incredibly patient and went above and beyond, bringing out alternatives of style and size.
I would definitely shop there again and have no hesitation in recommending the store (which had a very good selection of styles)

Great fit for wider calfs

Love the boots
Had good service but the first assistant wasn’t aware that the boots I purchased were in the 20% off, hence I was charged the full price. When I queried it they had to refund the difference.

Paying for next day delivery pointless.
I paid for next day delivery and then had to wait two days for delivery. Unfortunately the shoes are too wide so I will be returning them.
Puzzled as to why delivery was by DPD then return by Evri?
