I often experince bugs in template or SP Page builder. Support is very slow (>5 days) - this is not good when the bugs are crtical.

The products deliver what they promise. Especially with complex software like the WYSIWYG Page Builder from JoomShaper, I am surprised by the range of functions, the ease of use and that relatively few problems occur. If there are any difficulties in using the products, there is a good support available. Their advice is not always as helpful as expected, but nevertheless... And probably it depends strongly on the respective supporters, which quality the problem solution suggestions are. But the communication is always friendly. The documentation for the tools is also impressive; you can see the claim to keep it as complete and up-to-date as possible. And it really helps when working with the tools, which have a really good price/performance ratio. Whereby, one of JoomShaper's flagships, namely Helix Ultimate, can be used for free. That's really great! And if you're interested, a look at the source code from the programmers shows clean work with a programming style I'd like to see in other products.

I've been with JS for many years. To be completely fair, at least in my experience, I have never had any issues with them. All of the templates I have tested works fine, same applies for the addons. However, I will agree with the others that support takes a while to reply and they do not support any customisation services. Some support staff will do so at their own discretion. As a user however, it's ideal that you have fair knowledge of Joomla and it's best that you learn to use the tools (SPPB). Some people will say SPPB doesn't work well, which at times, true, but overall, SPPB has helped me build a lot of projects be it from small to large. So there's a bit of learning curve to use SPPB in general but overall it's a decent tool that you need to master both on backend and frontend. They are slowing innovating the product and taking customers feedback which I feel is a very good thing.

It took too long to get a response from the team. However, after they replied, they resolved the issue pretty quickly.

It is the first time that I use Joomla and therefore SP Page Bluider makes the job of creating a web page much easier, it really is easy. I had problems getting the provided templates to work, so I decided to create the website without using them. During the development of the page I received support from the Joom Shaper forum. I highly recommend using SP Page Builder.

Very horrible experience...Its is a scam. They say a template cost a certain amount, and when you purchase the template, they say it a plan you have paid for... Different information from the site. The template had an icon displaying buy for 57 USD, I purchase it and they say now i need to upgrade my plan to get the template..

The focal point of my experience is the excellent support! They are super fast and know exactly what you need! The page builder is easy to use providing a great variety of features.

Improved recently and back the five stars. Previous review kept in case this changes: Risky company to use. They were good for years, but they went downhill the past year. This has been terrible, nothing works, support repeats the same canned message to everyone, and they could care less how much you have spent on their product over the years.

I've been waiting 6 days for my problem to be resolved, I use 50 paid extensions on Joomla, I've never seen such bad support, I need to know if you can solve my problem or I want my money back

I had a problem with the offcanvas module and opened a ticket. Within 1 hour I received a CSS code that solved the problem. TOP Can only recommend it!

Buyer beware: check the forum threads on the Joomshaper site before you buy or upgrade. Super buggy, with abysmal support that takes at least a week for a half-hearted response.
Case in point: I just waited five days for a help desk response from Joomshaper. I had to complain via their chat app so they would poke someone to respond (take heed: this is how their help desk protocol appears to work). After my five day wait, what pray tell was the response from Joomshaper? "Yeah, it's busted. maybe we will fix it some day."

Folks, do your due diligence. Take it from someone who learned the hard way!

In a few days the technical support solved the problem explaining in detail the nature of the failure.

I been using Joomshaper products since 2015. As I'm not developer and their support been made me achieve what I need. Appreciate made me keep running my business. Recent chaos is not issue for me. Accident happen for all existing businesses or projects. This is chance to they can leap to another level. Think about all the past support, this is time to be patient and just trust who they are.

I have been using Joomshaper plugins and templates for my company for over 6 years. I am very pleased with their operation and also with the support whenever I needed it.

I am very satisfied with the products and with the service of Joomshaper. The version 3 of the pagebuilder accompanies me for years and actually I rarely need the assistance of the support team. But when I need it, they always delivers a useful answer in 1-3 days.
Despite some negative reviews from others, I stay with JoomShaper.
If I can update to a new reliable version (with backend) soon without any problems, then I see myself as a customer of Joomshaper for many years to come.
