Amazing and fast tech support. 100% of our website issues are always resolved either by Nafiz, Dip Saha or Srijoni. They always find a workaround if it takes a few more time to solve the issue with a permanent solution.

As a paying customer, I expect reliable support, but Tutor LMS consistently disappoints. When I need help, I’m not even allowed to share a screenshot of an issue directly related to the product. Instead, I’m told to upload it to another platform — which only adds another problem while I’m already dealing with one. This has been going on for a year, and nothing has been done to fix it. On top of that, the ticketing system is messy and confusing — have you ever tried using it yourselves? I’ve noticed there are no tutorial videos on YouTube, and your team has never sent me a screenshot either. Honestly, it makes me wonder if you even know how to use the tool yourselves.
Rather than pushing irrelevant features, you should be asking customers what actually works, what doesn’t, and what frustrates them. These are the real questions that matter — not adding features like student note‑taking that don’t address core needs.
The main problems are clear: Tutor LMS offers only a handful of shortcodes, while competitors provide comprehensive shortcode libraries. That feels like the bare minimum and shows how little you value your customers. When I try to integrate Tutor LMS with builders like Divi or Elementor, For example, when I tried to update my footer in Elementor, the header would disappear. And whenever I changed something in the header, the footer was lost. It felt impossible to make adjustments without breaking another part of the layout.I realize how sloppily the development team has handled things — it feels like a mess. For example, when I wanted to change my footer in Elementor, I would lose the header, and when I changed anything in the header, I lost the footer. For me, the experience is frustrating and incomplete, and your marketing misleads customers with promises that don’t match reality. It’s time to stop overpromising and underdelivering.

It is when support is supportive that we feel we are not just a part of an automated system. Thank you for being there for our needs, be they just as simple as "where is that button now" or more complex.
I have been using Tutor for 4 years now, and still havent started using all the features, but looking forward to utilizing more, and see its development as a standalone system of more than just a learning/teaching platform...

I can't recommend Tutor LMS enough! After struggling with other solutions, switching to Tutor LMS felt like upgrading from a bicycle to a sports fast car. The intuitive interface, powerful features (content drip, course bundles, live classes, gamification; you name it), and rock-solid performance have made managing my online academy a joy. It was also given to me a competent and kind technical support.

Creating the course content itself is straightforward.
However, tweaking the design, layout, and features is often a major point of friction and definitely needs improvement.
That said, the support team (Laura and Dip) is helpful and addresses most issues effectively

I've been setting up an online membership platform for my wellness studio and Tutor LMS turned out to be exactly what I needed. The bundle and subscription features work great for my use case, and the overall setup is surprisingly straightforward even without a technical background.
The WooCommerce integration runs smoothly, and being able to combine courses into a subscription bundle saved me from needing a completely separate membership plugin. The interface is clean and logical once you get the hang of it.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the German translation requires some manual work via Loco Translate but that's a minor thing and totally manageable. Support documentation is solid.
For small studios, coaches or solopreneurs looking to sell courses or memberships on WordPress, Tutor LMS is a genuinely good choice. Recommended.

The best LMS platform now on the market. Very good experience with the support team but sometime their feedback can take a few days.
