I had issues with integration between Tutor LMS, Wordpress and Stripe. As a complete beginner, I felt lost and out of my depth. I was dealt with by a lovely agent! Srijoni (my agent) was highly knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout the process from start to finish. Not only did everything get resolved to my satisfaction but I learnt much along the way. Srijoni was so helpful and so patient with me! I highly recommend this company and am so impressed by Srijoni. Service response time and understanding of issues

Srijoni helmped me install the newst version of the software in no time. She also troubleshooted quickly a problem I had.

Overall, the experience was good. But it has way too many limitations, starting from the support itself. I took the pro version, and there is no proper support for it. The certificate builder is acting up weird wherein the size that am using is not being used while exporting the certificate in PDF and now that wont even update the certificate even if i have changed it, but no help is being given, only chats on the portal, no Google Meet to speed up the process, nothing. I had given access to check the backend, but no one even logged in. this issue is there since a week now.

I’ve been using Tutor LMS for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of the easiest and most complete LMS plugins I’ve tried on WordPress. The setup is super straightforward, the interface feels natural, and it works smoothly with the other tools I use. Creating courses, keeping track of students, and checking progress is all a breeze.
But the real highlight? Their support team. Anytime I had a question or needed help tweaking something, they got back to me fast and with real solutions, not just copy-paste answers. They genuinely care about making sure everything works the way you need it to.
If you’re looking for an LMS plugin, I’d definitely recommend giving Tutor LMS a shot

I have had two problems recently with Tutor LMS, both have been dealt with very quickly by the support team.

Dip Saha worked tirelessly to get my payment gateway back on line even though it was another WordPress plugin causing the problem.
He done an excellent job, Well worth the money we pay you.
His boss needs to give him a pay rise as he is a credit to the company.

Tutor LMS has helped me create my academy, and while there are things I think they need to improve, such as student access, some emails, and the integration with video call tools (not all registered emails appear due to security concerns), beyond a few minor details, the team is incredibly helpful and explains everything you need. That's why I'm giving them 5 stars today, because I believe they'll continue to improve with the feedback we users provide. Thank you!

Great plugin and great support. I found some bugs using TutorLMS with Oxygen builder. But since I moved from Oxygen builder to BuddyBoss it works pretty good. The LMS works for french certification Qualiopi.

I’ve been using Tutor LMS for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most complete and user-friendly LMS plugins available for WordPress. The interface is intuitive, flexible, and integrates perfectly with other tools I use. Building online courses, managing students, and tracking progress are all incredibly easy.

What really makes Tutor LMS stand out, though, is their amazing support team. Every time I had a question or needed help with a customization, their team responded quickly, professionally, and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly. Am working on making a course with Tutor LMS + wordpress and Elementor.

There are a lot of things I like about it, the course delivery interface is nice. However I have ALSO had a lot of technical bugs and their pro support is awful: super unresponsive and unhelpful. For example: after 3 days they respond saying "send a screenshot" and the interface won't let me upload a screenshot).

I just paid $500 for a product that promised pro support and that's a straight-up marketing lie. If my project gets put on hold for days every time I have a bug – and this system definitely has bugs, from the emails to the payment systems to the editing interface – how on earth can I ever move anything forward? I have two support tickets that have been open for over two weeks to solve issues that should be minor.

Now that I have been using TutorLMS I honestly would not recommend it to a friend.
