We visited the Southampton branch for a pre-arranged visit this week to have my wife’s trike checked over and to get some advice on riding technique. (My wife hadn’t ridden it since the purchase due to health issues).
Jake was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding and was more than willing to give the time and his expertise. My wife left there feeling much more confident and positive in handling the trike.
It was a pleasure to deal with a company and a member of staff who were willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you Jake.

Apart from DPD's usual lamentable ability to lose parcels, the experience was excellent. The support from Sam and others was great. Help was prompt, willingly given and accurate.

Went originally for repairs on my older trike.offered coffees from Sam,walked around the indoor track were there was an array of tricycles.decided that (wife) needed a new one ,due to it being too large for her to handle.Sam helped enormously (not pushy attal) guided round the track by him .found my perfect bike!!.found him very explanatory and patient. thankyou Sam.Susie Beswick.

I drove to York to see Jorvik cycles specifically because they had an indoor track where I could try out the different models and because they were a British company and I wanted to support our home grown businesses. I was not disappointed. From the moment I stepped in the door I was looked after by the owner James. His patience and knowledge of his products is outstanding. The quality of his tricycles is fantastic, he listened to my needs and let me take the time I needed to choose the right model. There is finance options for purchase and at no time did I feel pressure to buy anything. Since my purchase I have had a couple of questions which have been answered quickly and comprehensively. I highly recommend this company and customer service is the absolute best.

Had faulty inner tube replaced very quickly and efficiently. No quibble on the fault. All fixed now

Sam spent over an hour with me at the York showroom. He was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful, listening to my needs and finding just the right tricycle for me. It was invaluable having the indoor track to cycle round, allowing me to see how stable the trike was and giving me the confidence to feel that I would have the ability to ride into York from the suburbs. Sam was amazing!

James the company owner spent over an hour helping me chose the most suitable trike for me and then teaching me how to ride it. It's a very different experiance from riding a two wheeler which I gave up as I lost my balance due to epilepsy. I feel so good and confident now and I have gained my independance.
With all the fixtures and fittings I feel it's the nearest experience I will ever have to driving for real again which I had to give up a long time ago. I can recomend the experience to everyone.

Very efficient fast service .from request for advice to delivery of spare parts was 6 days

Arrived very well packaged, was almost assembled which is great, great customer service over the phone.
My only complaint is the booklet instructions for the display does not cover everything, it states on the booklet C900, yet in the owners manual it states see accompanying C961. There is also a part I have no clue what it’s for as not mentioned in manual.

Great trike. Matches the one I tried in the showroom. Two downsides. Courier failed to meet original delivery date & their tracking system did not work. I had to chase daily by phone & delivery was 4 days late. Luckily I work from home so it not cause me any particular problem.
Secondly the instructions that come with it are OK for unpacking, assembly & individual components, but it could do with a detailed explanation of the controls. The assisted power worked OK to start with. Then it stopped. I only got it to work when I realised it was in reverse! Can be a bit frightening at first. You need to practice every day
The team at Yorvik are great. Very helpful if you go to their demo track in Wheldrake, & happy to assist on the phone

I needed to replace a brake calliper for my trike which was an 2019 model,l was helped by Sam Radbourne who was extremely helpful in assisting with my enquiry plus he included a set of olives to insure that the hydraulics cables sealed properly.
