When James Walker’s father, Stuart, was diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, a tricycle was the best option for him to continue cycling. Just perfect in every way

Great communication, very helpful.. I've finally got my independence back .. After a few years using a mobility walker with a seat , I really couldn't go far and felt very isolated. I didn't want a mobility scooter as I know how important it is to exercise, something I haven't been able to do . Now I've got a the foldable jet E20 and am able to now leave the house.the back basket is perfect I purchased the bag that goes with it I can fit my folding walking stick and all what I need for my illness . I'm really looking forward to my new little bit of freedom

A new experience

The trike is lovely but I still find riding it a bit intimidating. I have to gain confidence. Delivery was easy and everything arrived together. So well done.

Pleasant Experience

Jake took the time and care to make sure that we chose the right bike. Explained what would best suit our needs. We were well impressed with the selection and quality available. We came in just for a test ride and wound up purchasing.

Over Promising.

I ordered the trike in February and told early March for delivery. The trike was delivered the last week in March. I found this a surprise as it implies they do not keep stock so they either make to order or ship from a manufacturer abroad. I was not told why.
On delivery, the trike was tightly folded up with the front wheel wedged behind a rear wheel. As there were no unpacking instructions i thought i had to take the rear wheel off to free the front wheel. A phone call to the company told me to forcefully pull the front wheel out from behind the rear one. Similarly there was a 'U' shaped piece of metal that i could not know where it was to be fitted. A look at the company's website photos solved that problem. A simple instruction sheet would have eliminated all my unpacking problems. It had to be a British company that gave me this experience didn't it.

Aftercare of the most amazing kind

I bought a trike 2 years ago but having further damaged my knees I had lost the confidence to ride it. Half an hour with James (oh so patient, thank you!) has got me back in the saddle and I'm looking forward to a summer on 3 wheels as a result. This is service which goes above and beyond - after care of gold medal proportions. The 'track' is amazing and it's so good to be able to test our cornering, use of the battery and your own pedal power. Can't thank you enough! Will send pics from Denmark!!

Misoled me a JMT11 trike I told them in…

Misoled me a JMT11 trike I told them in person that I was 27 to 28 Stone. It wasn't till I took it for its first ride that I realized it couldn't take my weight and it's only his limit is 21 Stone so I cannot ride it now so I am stuck with a£2550 which I cannot ride. They have refused to refund me because I have done 20 miles but that's how it is. All the battery would allow me to do. I found out later reading the brochure that came with the bank about the weight limit they also lie about what they say. I did not receive any phone call about weight on the tricycle. They knew my size I visited personally so they saw me. Then I was 28 stone. I asked if there was a back to suit me and the one there sold me. They said was good. Please do not buy or trust them because they lie very friendly before the sale after the sale. Don't want to know you. Not nice people

Following a review of your account, you contacted our office on 10/11/26 to discuss user weight limits and related questions. Our team provided the relevant guidance at that time. For clarity, maximum user weight limits are also clearly stated on each product listing on our website, as well as on the crib sheets displayed on the rear of our trikes.

You later visited our showroom on 28/11/26 and proceeded with your purchase. We would like to confirm that we do not request or record customers’ weight, as this would not be appropriate. It remains the responsibility of the rider to ensure that the chosen model is suitable for their individual requirements, including adherence to the stated weight limits.

In line with your consumer rights, you were advised that the trike could be returned within 14 days; however, any return would be subject to a deduction to reflect its condition and use.

We appreciate your feedback and are always happy to answer any questions prior to purchase to help ensure the right product is selected.

Hi I asked for help and advice regarding a problem with the battery or charger, I spoke with Sam who was brilliant, gave good advice and was very prompt when replying to me.
Further more when it came to ordering a new charger, my purchase was handled very efficiently.

Excellent advice over the phone from…

Excellent advice over the phone from the guy who knows about trikes at Yorvik. He worked out exactly which battery charger I needed and took my payment over the phone and arranged delivery - all very speedily.

After Sales Service.

Poor after sales service for a problem that should have been quickly solved and under warranty. This was such a pity after excellent initial purchase. Reputations take years to build but can be lost in the blink of an eye.

After carefully reviewing your case, including the photos provided and the technician’s assessment, the issue appears to be consistent with installation-related wear rather than a manufacturing defect. As pedals are supplied unfitted, they do require correct installation. If they are not fully tightened, or if they become loose over time, this can unfortunately lead to thread damage and eventual failure, as seen here.

Throughout your case, we have aimed to respond promptly and provide support wherever possible, including reviewing the issue in detail, offering guidance, recommending a local specialist, and supplying replacement parts at a minimal cost.

If there is any point where you feel we could have been more helpful, we would genuinely appreciate you letting us know, as we would be more than happy to review this further.

The staff in the showroom were as…

The staff in the showroom were as helpful as could be, never rushed me and were completely patient with my teething steering difficulties (I gather I'm not alone). The follow-up service was also helpful and prompt. The tricycle is a beautiful piece of machinery.
My only slight reservation is the quality of the instruction booklet. It's often over-complicated and really not very clear. If I didn't have a neighbour with a Yorvik to help me get started, I'm not sure how I'd have managed. Maybe you could get someone non-technically-minded to look over it. Otherwise I've been very pleased and the staff have been wonderful.

Jake at Southampton branch - fantastic support

We visited the Southampton branch for a pre-arranged visit this week to have my wife’s trike checked over and to get some advice on riding technique. (My wife hadn’t ridden it since the purchase due to health issues).
Jake was extremely knowledgeable, patient and understanding and was more than willing to give the time and his expertise. My wife left there feeling much more confident and positive in handling the trike.
It was a pleasure to deal with a company and a member of staff who were willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Thank you Jake.

Sam was great, DPD were rubbish

Apart from DPD's usual lamentable ability to lose parcels, the experience was excellent. The support from Sam and others was great. Help was prompt, willingly given and accurate.

I'm not sure why they changed my name to John from Glyn, but I've been called worse 🤔
