Great experience and product, highly recommended.
My wife cannot join me on walks with our dog anymore so we were looking for something to help get us out and about again. The tricycles are a fantastic route to take.
The large space in Eastleigh to try out the trikes is useful and fun. Jake is friendly and great at explaining everything to us. He narrowed down the surprising amount of options to the one that suits us the best. We went back for a second visit with our dog to check he was not bothered by the tricycles, he loves it! We are training him to run alongside and ride in the back.
Everything was explained with no rush or pressure.
The tricycle was delivered quickly and very well packed, it took a while to unbox!
We have gone for a few walks now and we are very happy with our purchase, it works great across fields and paths and the variable electric assistance means my wife can get exercise without worrying about getting tired part way through.
To sum up, very happy with the product, Jake and the company.

Jorvik JMT6
If you are considering a tricycle for mobility, particularly due to health challenges such as Parkinson's Disease, I can highly recommend the Jorvik JMT6. Having personally tested its capabilities on the demanding hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds and during a 56-mile round trip, I found the tricycle to be exceptionally reliable and sturdy. The support of the electric motor proved invaluable for tackling uneven roads and steep cambers, and its robust build handled the countryside conditions with ease.
The Jorvik JMT6 is not designed for speed, but rather for dependability and comfort, which it delivers in spades. The sales team provided excellent advice and support, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience. This was an incredible Tricycle purchase and had by far the most friendly and helpful office staff I have met in many years. Prior to going to Jorvik Tricycles I shopped around 3 different tricycle dealers. The office staff at Jorvik Tricycles were fantastic and dealt with any and all questions in a very prompt and professional manner. Jorvik Tricycles have a huge selection of Tricycles and a beautiful show room and the friendliest staff I’ve encountered in a long time. This purchase was not about trying to get a good deal it was about dealing with a professional company who knew their business and Jorvik Tricycles went that little bit further than many other companies. Responding to their offer of help
I received the trike a bit later than I expected and needed help with the steering stem but was fine after that. I also bought a lock and was disappointed that the chain was too thick to pass between the spokes of the 16" wheel. However, when I mentioned this I was immediately offered a replacement lock which was even better than the first I'd bought.
The trike takes some getting used to after being used to a bike, but I'm getting there. Fortunately I live near a large park so can practise there.
On the downside when I adjust the seat to the optimum height it immediately comes down when I sit on it; if I raise it further I find it difficult to get on, so the suspension is not necessarily a good thing..
I was very happy to see the offer of help from Jorvik's support team on 12 April.
I telephoned them on the morning of 14 April but unfortunately nobody was available to help me. I was told somebody would phone me later that day. It is now 1 May and I have stopped expecting a return call. I have managed to get help from somebody else to resolve my problem. Fine words...

A wonderful experience
My daughter phoned to see if we were able to go and see a trike as I didn't know what I was looking for.A little nervous going to see and try a new trike for the first time however we were meet with a wonderful greeting drinks and biscuits while we waited a very short time.
What a lovely selection of triked all sizes a colours to suit everyone the staff were courteous and understanding, knowledgeable, kind and considerate.ask question to begin with and found the right trike for me

The 2 retaining bolts dropped out of my trikes saddle so I contacted Jorvik to obtain new ones. They were dispatched immediately with no quibble. A better service you could not wish for!

After many phone calls and e- mails…
After many phone calls and e- mails early part of this year, this was the first time we could vist the showroom. With out an appointment ,we just turned up. Both sales men had customers. One took the time to welcome us and make a coffee while we waited. Terry was the first one free. He took time to explain the company and range of trikes, after a chat he sorted the range down to two units that served my needs. We then did the walk round tour and as usual i ripped the design and equipment apart, to which Terry came back with professional and imforative replys, after many road test we left very happy and are awaiting final quotes and delivery times. 5 stars to great blokes and super showroom. Could,nt have asked for more.

We travelled from Scarborough and set…
We travelled from Scarborough and set the SatNav, we were apprehensive about travelling there because we thought it was in York centre which is a nightmare to get to. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the shop was outside of York and very easy and straightforward to get to. Upon arrival we were greeted and taken into the display area were there was a track. It was an excellent set up. We chatted about the type of bike I was after, what I hoped to get from it. I tried a couple of trikes and selected the one I liked, Test drove it around the track, the advisor was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. A fab experience all told. My trike and accessories were delivered as promised approx 3 weeks later.

Excellent customer service from start to finish.
Recently, the folding catch to my JETE-24 had broken. My fault completely, so contacted Jorvik via an email with a few photographs and a request for a replacement to be posted. Within 48 hours I was contacted, the replacement was purchased, paid for and arrangements made for delivery. Then a few days later I received the new folding catch. That day I replaced it and back pedalling on the roads. Very easy from start to finish. Well informed by Jorvik and the delivery service. Excellent customer service as I have experienced in the past. Quality of part was excellent too.

Just perfect in every way
Great communication, very helpful.. I've finally got my independence back .. After a few years using a mobility walker with a seat , I really couldn't go far and felt very isolated. I didn't want a mobility scooter as I know how important it is to exercise, something I haven't been able to do . Now I've got a the foldable jet E20 and am able to now leave the house.the back basket is perfect I purchased the bag that goes with it I can fit my folding walking stick and all what I need for my illness . I'm really looking forward to my new little bit of freedom
