After calling into the rugby shop I ordered some some beef tendons
As they have to prepare this I was told to call back and collect in a few days
2 days later I called in on my way home from work to find that the shop was jammed packed with people
After standing in a queue of more than half an hour I was told by the was guy that had taken my order that someone had taken it the day before
All I got from him was a smarmy grin on his face
He saw me walk into that shop but instead of coming over and telling me straight away he went out back to avoid me causing me to waste my time
I think some staff here need to be trained on customer respect and curtesy

If I could give Joseph Morris Butchers at Lutterworth less than one star, I definitely would. My recent experience there was awful. They were trying to sell me old meat that had been sitting in their fridges for over a week, and the people working there were really rude and unhelpful.

What's worse is that I've been a customer there for more than 15 years, but things have been going downhill lately. From the moment I walked in, it felt like they didn't care about customers at all. They treated everyone like they were bothering them, not like valued customers. They were especially unkind to people who weren't fluent in English, making fun of them and trying to pressure them into buying things they didn't want. It looks so bad.

But the worst part was the way the owner's son behaved. He was incredibly rude and disrespectful to customers. It made me wonder if there were other problems going on behind the scenes.

Overall, my visit to Joseph Morris Butchers was really disappointing, and I won't be going back. I think people should avoid going there unless they want to be treated poorly and get low quality food from people who don't care about giving good service.
