As first time buyers, the process of purchasing our first property was very daunting. From the moment we rang Josh, we were instantly reassured by his confidence and professionalism. From when we first approached Josh about a mortgage as first time buyers, all the way through to the exchange of contracts and completion he has always been open, honest and trustworthy about our options and what was available to us. His time management and organisation is brilliant, in the past I've had to chase people up about things, however Josh was always first to ring/email me with news and updates. All in all I have no negative comments or anything I would recommend him change.
