Unfortunately Josh wasn’t having a good…
Unfortunately Josh wasn’t having a good day. He showed very little interest in what we wanted to do in Vietnam and basically just organized our flights for us. He took 3 phone calls whilst with us, at least one seemed personal. He was quite impersonable even though he comes highly recommended. We hope things improve for him.

We have been using Josh Zuker Travel, for over four years now, and have always found Josh and his team to always be super professional, friendly and someone that takes their time to listen to what you want, and they are always there to help you with ideas, suggestions. There is nothing that they miss, from tours, airport transfers, and all the little things, that are so easy to miss. We wouldn't go anywhere else..... ever!

Josh’s services were recommended to me by chance and I am truly thankful for that!
I wanted to book flights from the UK to Melbourne for my parent’s who needed assistance due to poor mobility. We were very anxious about the flight as it was the first time my mum was able to fly after a major operation.
Josh was fantastic from start to finish. He answered all my questions, (which were many). Josh made us feel very confident in that assistance would be part of their booking. Much to our relief everything was in place from the moment they arrived at check in till we met them in Melbourne. My parent’s received amazing support, I’m not so sure that would have been the case had I done the booking myself.
I would recommend Josh in a heartbeat and will continue to use his outstanding services.

Josh was a star. We had issues with Cathay Pacific for an outward flight on Sunday night & Josh spent around an hour sorting out the issue so we were able to board & enjoy our holiday. Josh is super contactable and will always connect with you at all times....Very rare these days.
