Beyond excellent experience!!
I loved that I could creat a photo book using the pictures from my phone. The app is easy to navigate. I love that I can add paragraphs to describe the photos, and that I can rearrange the layout. The photo book arrived in the time it said it was going to be delivered. The quality is beyond excellent! I had downloaded several photo apps and was going to compare them, but I decided to only use Journi and delete the others because their apps didn’t have as many features and weren’t as user friendly.

Oportunities to pay arent the best

Super easy to use
Super easy to use - love that they include a map. Wish they had more stamps to pick from but otherwise I loved how fast and easy it was to make a photo book!

The sites were incorrect on the map
The sites were incorrect on the map. It said we went to. Czechia in the Czech Republic and we were never there. We were always in Italy. Also, there were duplicate pictures that aren’t supposed to be there.

LOVE my Journi vacation Photobook
It was so much fun and easy putting my vacation photo book together. And the results were AMAZING!! The book is beautiful and even nicer than I was expecting. A suggestion if you live in the United States and want your book printed on glossy paper ……. Apparently at this time(July ‘26) , their US print company doesn’t not have glossy paper available. There is a solution to that…. Put in a help desk customer support ticket and they can explain how to have your book printed in Germany on glossy paper and then sent to the US at a reasonable cost.

I appreciated that I could upload over…
I appreciated that I could upload over 700 photos. Because there were two cameras used for the wedding, the organization of the photos wasn’t well done immediately after uploading them and that did take some time to organize. I also wish you could select and move entire pages in the album.

Quite easy to use and nice layout, however I choose the hard cover and the packaging was so bad, that the corners were completely damaged. So please put some proper protection on the corners for the delivery packaging.
