I appreciated that I could upload over 700 photos. Because there were two cameras used for the wedding, the organization of the photos wasn’t well done immediately after uploading them and that did take some time to organize. I also wish you could select and move entire pages in the album.

Quite easy to use and nice layout
Quite easy to use and nice layout, however I choose the hard cover and the packaging was so bad, that the corners were completely damaged. So please put some proper protection on the corners for the delivery packaging.

Preparing the photos for the book was simple and quick. I am very happy with the end result too although ideally I would have liked a little more control of perhaps switching photos around or changing the size of a few of them. Overall it was an easy process though and a very good result. I am a happy customer.

Worth the effort
Excellent result.
It takes some effort (especially with Google Photos) but the quality and finish is worth it.
In my experience, there is prompt delivery of the books, too.

What an absolutely remarkable Photo…
What an absolutely remarkable Photo book. I honestly did not have high expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the book is amazing and the pictures have in some instances turned out even better than my originals! Have already recommended to friends and family. This was an 18th Birthday present and I have a very happy boy.

Easy to customize
I love how the app can take my pictures and organize them in a way that makes sense and is easy for me to customize. I make my first book to commemorate our family trip. I am now working on my second book!

Decent, but took lots of work
There were reasonable set of tools, but the process of assembly was still highly manual and tedious. I wanted combinations of photos that would fill the page and this took many, many hours. I couldn't edit the cropping on the cover. I also would have loved to print a 10X10 size (8X8 is small and 12X12 seems really large)

I used to love this company but sadly…
I used to love this company but sadly AI has taken over and there is no way to request customer service except for emails. I placed an order a few weeks ago and paid for premium shipping to make sure I got it in time for my Aunts 96th birthday. Sadly USPS never received the order and there is no one I can reach anymore at Journi. Will be going with Mixtiles after 3 years and 6 photo albums, which I had loved. Lack of customer service just ruined a great company. Hope it’s worth the money they saved by automating every aspect! God help us!!!

Super happy
I was skeptical about this photo album, I’ll be honest. Upon receiving it, that skepticism turned to delight! From the cover to the last page, I am impressed with this book! Quality paper, the photos arranged to my liking, easy to use website, & I love the dates and locations to remind us where we were, exactly! I will definitely be ordering again! To be able to upload a full iPhoto album, sorted by date, is amazing!
It works without a hitch!
Production and delivery time are usually very fast and excellently quality☺️
It costs probably a little more but the ease of use is worth it for me!
