Die Batterie hat nach nur 24 Ladezyklen – also praktisch noch im Neuzustand – und lediglich zehn Tage nach Ablauf der Garantie (24 Monate und 10 Tage) laut App einen internen Kurzschluss entwickelt.
Ich habe den Verkäufer kontaktiert und um Unterstützung gebeten. Gelegentlich erhielt ich Antworten, in denen ich aufgefordert wurde, Screenshots aus Menüs der BMS-App bereitzustellen, auf die ich entweder keinen Zugriff hatte oder die in meiner Version der App schlicht nicht vorhanden waren.
Wie bereits während des Bestellvorgangs lässt die Kommunikation jedoch stark zu wünschen übrig. Seit mittlerweile zehn Tagen habe ich keine Antwort mehr erhalten.
Von einem Kauf bei diesem Händler kann ich daher nur abraten. Wahrscheinlich werde ich mich damit abfinden müssen, dass ich mein Geld für eine kaum genutzte Batterie verloren habe.
The battery developed an internal short circuit (according to the app) after only 24 charge cycles – meaning it was practically still in like-new condition – and just 10 days after the warranty had expired (24 months and 10 days).
I contacted the seller and asked for assistance. Occasionally, I received replies asking me to provide screenshots from menus within the BMS app that I either could not access or that simply did not exist in my version of the app.
However, as was already the case during the ordering process, communication leaves a lot to be desired. I have not received any response for the past ten days.
I therefore cannot recommend purchasing from this seller. Unfortunately, I will probably have to accept that I have lost my money on a battery that has barely been used.
La batterie a développé un court-circuit interne (selon l'application) après seulement 24 cycles de charge, c'est-à-dire alors qu'elle était pratiquement neuve, et seulement dix jours après l'expiration de la garantie (24 mois et 10 jours).
J'ai contacté le vendeur afin de demander de l'aide. J'ai parfois reçu des réponses me demandant de fournir des captures d'écran de menus de l'application BMS auxquels je n'avais pas accès ou qui n'existaient tout simplement pas dans ma version de l'application.
Cependant, comme cela avait déjà été le cas lors de la commande, la communication laisse fortement à désirer. Je n'ai reçu aucune réponse depuis maintenant dix jours.
Je ne peux donc pas recommander d'acheter auprès de ce vendeur. Je vais probablement devoir me rendre à l'évidence : j'ai perdu mon argent pour une batterie qui a à peine été utilisée.
