Joybuy itself provides very good services and a lot of products to choose. The app is very easy to use as well.
However the CARRIER COMPANY they use to deliver dried products "Postnl IS THE BAD SERVICE AND BAD CARRIER EVER! AND MAYBE BAD IN THE WORLD!!" They did not deliver my order and stated that my address was wrong. Meantime, other carrier could deliver and has no problem. Same order, same address!
The carrier they use to deliver frozen products is the best service one!
Joybuy please please please use another carrier instead of Postnl🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 I really enjoy shopping with you!

Fast, service that exceeds expectations
Fast, straightforward service, order of products and delivery. I didn’t feel as if I’m being ripped off, targeted or scammed. I also wasn’t targeted by any scammers after ordering products from their website (unlike my experience with Temu).
As a first time client, I was positively surprised that Joybuy was a straightforward purchase similar to Bol.
The product quality was also as described. I will surely buy from them again.
