The delivery windows are too big

The delivery windows are too big, which is extremely inconvenient and there is no way to change it or get an accurate time window. From 7:30 till 15:00 is just ridiculous. And then they keep calling your phone number, texting, harassing you to pick up the phone. Please just deliver my package without having to miss 10 phone calls? Or give a more accurate delivery time.

Grooming Kit that Never Arrived

My ordered the dog grooming kit and noticed immediately after that my old address was showing as delivery address. Reached out to customer care before order was processed requesting for change of address but they said they couldn’t. I was instructed to cancel the order but the app did not allow cancellation. A CCR said they will handle cancellation which never happened. Reached out again and was only getting responses more than 24 hrs only to be told my order was delivered and I never received anything and my old address is still vacant. Very bad service, no response to communication and it’s been more than a week with no communication. Very disappointing. Am yet to have this resolved till date. Express caution while buying anything from Joybuy

Great product selection

Great product selection. Good prices and quick delivery. User experience so far was very smooth. However I had no complications with my order so can’t speak about their customer service in case there’s anything wrong.

Worst Customer Service I Have Experienced

I ordered an item.
A couple days later the wrong item was delivered.
Instead of sending me the correct item, they keep me waiting for days while they "investigate".
0 communication, 0 corrective measures.
I will not be buying here again.
