RIPOFF

Similar to the others, it indicates delivery at 2:30 AM EST; however, it is not at the correct address, as it shows an address in China. The product has not been received. BTW the address for the company if you look it up is a Home Depo.

I like others ordered the slushie…

I like others ordered the slushie machine and paid extra for fast delivery I got notification that my order was in route and I watch the progress of shipment by something called 17 track. They said it was delivered. It was never delivered, and I notified Joyelary. They emailed me back, and gave me the biggest runaround - basically they lied. After reading what everyone else has said I know these guys are nothing but thieves. They know they can get away with it because they are in China and a little guy like me or anyone else can do nothing to stop them. This had happen before when I have order items and it turns out it is from China. I should have known better because I only order from Amazon and they always take care of their customers. My wife really wanted this so I gave in and ordered and I lost. It just make me sick. If you are reading this never, never buy anything from Joyelary.

I ordered the slushie machine in…

I ordered the slushie machine in August. I got notification that my order was delivered. It was never delivered, and I notified Joyelary. They emailed me back, and told me to look around my house, check a drop box, my neighbors, and USPS. I check everywhere, and then went to my local post office. The postmaster informed me that 17track is a fraudulent company, and the tracking number is not a number that they use. She also told me that some companies in China use a tracking number several times. They send an empty small envelope with the tracking number they used for your package to another address and show that your package was delivered. I have emailed Joyelary several times and get the same response that my package was delivered and to go to my local post office. In one email I received from them, they did supply me with a 1 800 number for the USPS. I called that number entered the tracking number, and the automated voice told me that the package was delivered in a different city and state 2 months and 12 days before I placed my order. Joyelary refuses to resend or refund me for my order even after I paid extra for shipping insurance. I am going to warn everyone I know that this is a fraudulent company, and to never buy from them.

Joyelary is a SCAM

Like others, I ordered a Slushi machine…they provide a China Post tracking number and you can follow the delivery to your city, but then it will show delivered and never actually deliver a package. When showing the evidence USPS never delivered a package to my address, they offered to resend or 20% refund. Then they retracted the resend offer. It’s been 26 days since ordered and delivery date was 18 days. No package. Offer was too good to be true and should have known better!

Joyelary frozen smoothie machine as seen on Pinterest

They had an advertisement on Pinterest for a smoothie machine, like an icee. With what they call "rapid chill technology" It was a decent price and they seemed legit, so I ordered one. When ordering there's an option to pay extra for what they call "VIP" shipping which was supposed to be 3-7 days. I ordered this on August 17, it is now September 13 and no machine. I've tried to reach out to the company and they pretty much have passed me off to the post office. Telling me I need a way bill number and have to file a loss claim with the post office. I've decided I'm going through my bank to try and recover my money. I don't have a clue if the machine is any good because I never received mine. I am only reviewing the company not the machine. This has been my experience with the company. I started notifying them days and days ago, telling them there's an issue with the shipping. They did, in fact return the extra money I paid for the "VIP" shipping after telling me several times to "Be Patient". I have all the emails and documentation to show what I say is true.If you decide to order from this company I hope you have better luck at getting a machine or a refund than I did.
