Great product, my husband is new to vaping as he has given up smoking after 45 years and goes for the lowest vape. We received it in great time but we believe we have messed it up as it keeps popping and spitting new to this game.

Faultless and prompt service
I received excellent service form Imran at Joyetech. Inadvertently, I had ordered the wrong replacement glass tubes, but Imran sorted this all out for me, sent the two correct replacements and I returned the wrong ones. Great service and very much appreciated!

A great little product...
I've tried a number of e-cigs, over the past few months, but have found the eRoll MAC to be just right for my needs.
They're easy to refill, quick to recharge and have a comfortable 'draw'...just the right amount of suction and not too much vapour.

Recently purchased joytech ego stick pen vape, found the website and company very good to purchase from, delivery excellent! Also order value was £23 for pen and spare coils and received 2 free bottles of E-Liquid! Which baring in mind that would be around £8 I think is excellent value and commend joytech for great value! Only deducted 1 star because i seem to be getting a bit of liquid on my lips alot when I draw at vape?? 🤔

I have bought 3 joytech exceed devices since September 2019 and have had to buy two new batteries which I received on New Year’s Eve. The first two devices batteries lasted at the most three months hence having to buy the new batteries. One of the new batteries lasted from New Year’s Eve till Sunday 5th January whereby it would not switch off and was constantly vaping causing it to overheat. Needless to say I will not buy anymore devices as they do not last

Absolutely THE best company I've ever had the pleasure to buy from. Most companies are great BEFORE you give them your money, but thereafter it's always a different story. Not so with Joyetech (UK). Imran is just super helpful.
I'd been buying vaping products from Joyetech for about a year - and received great support when I needed it.
Recently, I decided to buy a different gadget to add to my vaping arsenal, but after a few weeks I still couldn't get on with it and I telephoned for support, thinking that I'd wasted a lot of money on the device, plus various cartridges and a fast charge plug. Imran was an absolute star. After listening to me and checking the basics (to understandably make sure I hadn't been doing anything stupid), he concluded that this wasn't the right choice for me. He instructed me to return it all in a postage-prepaid envelope he sent me (received the next day) and then added a credit for the entire amount I had spent, to my account, allowing me to buy something more suitable. What can I say...absolutely sensational service. This is how to do REAL customer 'care'.
