Was to be an Ace Hardware trusted site and I got the lude and crude sex doll site and they are a no good company, they are scammers!!!!!!! I would not give them any stars at all but you have to in order to get to write a review. The worst company, not trustworthy, not who they say they are and make up excuses of your order that was to be Ace Hardware!!!!!!!

Was a 2 inch thick piece of silicone and needs to have more descriptions on what you are actually buying, there was also no vibration of any sort and it was just one hole with 3 oppenings

Got to say, I was definitely a little nervous making my first ever doll purchase. I found the JLD site easy to use and appreciated the FAQ section which covered most of my concerns going into a fairly significant purchase. Everything arrived as I had ordered it and within the time frame specified. Shipping was fast and everything arrived undamaged. My question to customer support was answered quickly. Very satisfied with my experience. I would gladly use JLD again in the future.

I didn’t receive the full body. It is missing a head! So I am not super thrilled! I hope that I get one soon.

Amazing experience overall with JLD. Product arrived fast, well packed and as described. Customer service was top notch when I reached out with questions and helped make the process seamless. 100% recommend for anyone on the fence!

I always appreciated the correspondence. Not only from "Mint", but from the rest of the team as well.

At first I was worried, because of some negative reviews on Reddit and other web searches.

But "Mint" and the rest of the team kept me updated about the progress of my 'girl'.

Even after getting belligerent ... and an awful email, in the likes of: "Where the hell is my 'girl'?!?"

The team was STILL super supportive! (And, of COURSE! I apologized for my rash, inappropriate actions/words. To which, the team at JLD was receptive and accepting.)

It took some time; considering I added A LOT of extras. But, she's here now. Safe and sound. And she looks AMAZING!!!

I have yet to give her a proper name. But she looks and feels incredible!!

Be prepared to wait if you have a custom made .
Also I don't recommend the heating accessorie. It's just not worth the money. Warms very little area.
Service was good . Overall I can't complain. But again I will stress be prepared to wait . I think my order took close to 10 weeks.
They did throw in a few extra goodies for my wait ..

Products are wonderfully made and true to “real” as I’ve seen! Excellent!

Pretty much the only reason I went with this vendor was because they were listed as a star vendor under irontechs authorized vendors. I received an email starting that my order was shipping and given a tracking number, but it’s already been a week and the furthest step that’s happened is that a shipping label was generated. What’s worse is the lack of communication. I wouldn’t have ordered what I did if I knew it had to take weeks to customize based on the specifications. I understand why it would take more time but I just wanted the quicker option, so I purchased an in stock model. But the options I picked would take more time, and none of this was communicated. I’m fine with that, but if I knew I was going to wait anyway I would have gone with something else entirely. I didn’t say anything then, and just waited, but now they don’t reply to any calls or emails regarding the status of the order. Receiving an email saying the order shipped and seeing not ship for over a week, I think anyone would wonder what was going on. Was I going to ask for the impossible? No, I understand things happen. But again, the lack of communication and professionalism make it so I would never recommend this to another person. Why would you? Irontech is also partially at fault for listing them as a star vendor. I trusted their recommendation and got burned, and I will tell everyone the same. Like their products, but do not trust them, my advice.

Great customer service, but the building took a while.

Items arrived in great shape no damage at all. Did have to wait for some of my outfits to ship separately. This by itself is not a thing but it was poorly communicated as I got the email that my order would be in multiple parts after the other pieces shipped. Otherwise great stuff took about a month from order confirmation to my doll arriving so not too bad.

Could put all the groupings on one page. Instead of having to keep refreshing the page. Takes way to long to see all the products.

Great selection on the website! Very easy to navigate as well and lots of products!

I got all that I ordered and it was shipped pretty quickly, there were massive issues with my local delivery company which caused a lot of delay but the Joy Love Dolls support responded to my emails multiple times very fast and were helpful, assisting me until I got my order.

I haven’t gotten my order and have tried contacting y’all in multiple ways.

My love doll was shipped to my neighbor. So it is gone. My loss.

Everything was in the time frame that they said it would all take. 1- 3 weeks. In this case it was 3 weeks, however the Doll had a lot of custom options so I could understand the time it took. The Doll arrived exactly as specified and was shipped in a durable box with excellent packaging. The box was highly discreet, even the delivery driver had no idea what it was. I have ordered previously from A different company website and got the doll I ordered with the customizations I specified except she had the wrong skin color. JLD is very professional and makes certain the order is done to your specifications and delivered on time. I recommend JLD over any other website when looking to purchase yourself a companion.

I made a mistake by not including an option and cancelled my order in less than 24 hours. The doll was at least days away from going into production. I was charged $400.00 (20% of total) for cancelling. $400.00!!!
Under no circumstance do business with this company. There are many others with better prices and better superior customer service. I could not be more disappointed.
