Initially, I thought that I was missing the head of my doll. I reached out to the company before I checked my front door.
I thought they sent me just the body and a roll of restaurant food wrapped in a separate box for some reason. I was very disappointed that I didn't have the head of the doll, but I checked my front door and FedEx sent a third package that contained the head and the wig.
I feel embarrassed because I emailed the Joy Love Dolls about the missing head before fully checking, but everything is sorted out now.
They replied to my email about the missing head, but I had already set her up and was enjoying the doll.
Either way, I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again!

Was looking for some personal toys to spice up my solo play. And found exactly what I was looking for and the price was perfect to. Everything from searching for products to checkout was a breeze very easy very smooth. Just waiting on my toys to come in and I can’t wait to try them out. thanks for everything JLD !

So far it's been a great experience with JLD. My first time purchasing from this company. Great friendly customer service, very quick on responding to emails. Nothing negative to say. Now I'm just waiting for my delivery. If all still goes well with my package, I will definitely buy from JLD again.

Have yet to receive my order. I chose the United States warehouse it advertised 2-7 days shipping. This is day 6 and haven’t received an update since the 17th . Jul 17, 2024 08:48 pm
Left FedEx origin facility, ARCADIA, CA, US. Considering the money spent ,you would think I could get at least better updates on this.

Awesome product! Fairly quick shipping and discrete packaging. Overall I am very pleased with my experience and the purchase quality. I intend to return for future purchases.

first of all i got a custom doll and not one of the customization were correct. the doll came pink i ordered tan, i also ordered the s- tps i got reg tps , i also ordered am extra set of eyes and they sent me not only the wrong eyes i ordered but the wrong eyes in the doll, the breasts were to be gell there hollow , and customer service ditched me over to the factory and arent helping me at all, the factory doesn't speak or write english very well and its a tough process explaining to them that i didn't get what i want they keep telling me i did , i have the doll right here i know what i have . nothing no representation from joy love dolls there just watching the emails between i and the facttory getting know where total absolute mess worst order and customer service ive ever gotten from anything that ive ever bought. they should at least represent me on my behave and stick up for me to the factory i do plan on reporting them i sent pictures too of all the wrong stuff and they insist it is right any one cold tell that its the wrong options . so so so so upset and disappointed im a disabled veteran i should get treated better than this .

The company was very professional which made them easy to work with there tracking apt was easy to use and very helpful

The service was excellent and when there was a problem with my order the company sent me an email very quickly to resolve the issue. My only main problem is shipping time, but given the nature of my order I am not too upset.

I made an $1800 online with JLD on June 9th. The order showed up June 15th. Excellent delivery time for large and heavy product. Unfortunately the product showed up damaged. Luckily the damage does not perclude the use of the product. Imagine ordering an $1800 dinning room table and there is a pretty big scratch across the top surface. I emailed the support email address (from their contact page) on the 15th but received no response. I emailed them again on the 17th but received no response. Nothing in the inbox, junk mail, or any other folder. I keep receiving marketing email from the support email address, but no response to my two email. I tried calling JLD support at the number they list on their Contact Page (213-523-3978) but they don't accept support calls. Support requests must be handled via email. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and will not order from them again. Nor will I ever recommend them. I'm not sure what they could do to resolve this. That was why I tried contacting their support line. Whether for repair or replacement, I really don't want to deal with trying to ship my product back. I don't have a lot of experience with this product, I was maybe expecting them to send me the tools, resources, and instructions on how to repair the damage.

I already sent TWO email. The first the same day I received the product. I replied to their order confirmation, so I know the email address is correct. That rely included pictures. The second email was a forward of the first. So it also included the original pictures. They say they can't find an email concerning my order, yet I didn't list my order number. And their response to them not seeing my email. Send another email. If you can't see the two I already sent how are you going to see a new one?

I love the wide variety of selections of everything. But I feel the prices of everything is expensive also. I looked up the same item on different websites and such and found most items to be either cheaper or same price

Doll arrived broken and company did not provide partial refund. I paid 2,652.88 USD for the doll. It arrived with broken feet and it does not resemble the product advertised. JLD sent a plug that isn't compatible with US outlets. When I contacted Customer Service, they eventually sent me glue to fix the doll. Lastly, the doll cannot stand (contrary to the images shown). The company informed me that they use PhotoShop to make it appear the doll stands but she can't stand on her own which is false advertising. Customer Service has since ignored my follow-up emails and my requests for a partial credit.
I filed a complaint with the BBB and the company didn't respond.

Site was easy to use. All the information about the doll was available.

JLD Dolls... The doll arrived about a month later, which is actually not too shabby! It came exactly as I had ordered, and let me tell you, it looks absolutely spot-on, just like the picture on the website. Every little detail is just perfect! A little on the heavy side though. Your not going to be wanting to moving it all over the place. Nice Doll overall.

First time buyer, I gotta say I was very satisfied with this store. I have had sketchy experiences with other stores. The rapid response and provided customer service made me feel more secure about my purchase.
