Buyer beware!!!!! They are not what they says they are!!!!! I placed an order to Ace Hardware but this was a scam and they took my money and this was in November 28th, 2023. LWH-1068. They make up excuses that are ridiculous. Beware!!!! They are SCAMMERS!!!!!!

Edit 21 october : Received new doll from the factory it's still not the one i wanted but they said it's impossible to do the model i asked ..... That not even funny false advertissing .. Sry but my experience wasn't that great even if i could chose a new doll as compensation . The factory guy(girl sry not sure with the name) and the support girl were nice at least so i went from 1stars to 3 stars.

Send me a doll white/pinkish instead of tan , the doll have one leg shorter, the genital were wide open when i unpacked, scratchs on legs, few on back and lower belly, no authenticity certification, breast are empty instead of gel, body makeup (realistic body makeup) missing both head have the wrong connection to install on body. Customer service told me my doll is tan depend on day and luminosity when she's white/pinkish when i put her near my Bronze skin doll sure they like to take customer for ignorant customer and i stay polite.

It was not a smooth sailing for me from the order process to the shipping. Product shippment was unexpectedly delayed with no proper communication. Shipment was horrible as I received the shipment tracking when the shipment was half way. Customer service was very lazy with what they were answering back as often the question rsidrd was never addressed.

It a great site but the price range thing doesn't work right. It took me a long time to find somethings I wanted and the description on width and height was not included in all the items.

Exploring the many options for dolls and products as well as payment options was very nice and would recommend this site, however a small complaint I have is that the website itself does seem to lag and could use some optimization as well as more search options for navigation. Otherwise I found customizing and buying my doll a pleasant experience.

you are very polite and professional. I was little bit worry about shipping because it was very long journey but everything gone well. Shipping box did not break down and i am very pleased to have her. She is truly beauty and fill my all fantasies.

I am new to this and so was a little leery about spending so much money on line but the ordering process was easy. I did not get a confirmation of my order immediately so I sent an email asking for confirmation and received a timely response confirming my order.

Delivery was fast. packaging was discrete. Big cardboard box with normal fragile stamps. Had some Chinese on sheet of paper translated to this side up (i think) Was also wrapped in plastic wrap. Head came in separate box. Wish it came with outfit on picture.

My Doll is just like the photo.
She arrived quickly and well shipped.
I will dress her with one of my guitars.
A great exhibit and my friends will scoff at me. I don’t care.
Von is Beautiful and she is part of my family.
I’m not shameful for displaying her to my family and friends.
If she’s in “ the mood “ who knows what will happen. glad I had the opportunity and courage to purchase from Joy Love Dolls.
She’s a Doll ( no pun intended).

Haven’t received the item yet but the ordering process was super easy and simple. Always scary buying off line but it was simple.

I have not received Kendra yet with all the premium additions I completely paid for. It's been over 2 months now. You have NOT even contacted me yet in this matter. You have TOTAL payment, my bank account reflects that. You have my number, my name, but I still haven't heard a single word from you.

Got exactly what I ordered and it came exactly as advertised and was pleasantly surprised by how realistic it really looks real feels real supper jiggly breast and butt feels like the real thing short weight time recommend to do weight reduction for easy lifting. But very well worth the money

Easy to order, fast delivery

I ordered a doll in the section that said it would be delivered within 2-7 days. I received the head a little over a week later. It's been over two weeks now, and FedEx informed me that they don't even have the package with the body yet.

So far the experience has been seamless...

I was nervous, obviously, and had reached out, but it was the weekend, understandable. Either way, I couldn't wait and went ahead with the purchase. I've since been in contact with a lovely CS agent and I am very much looking forward to receiving my package. I'll return to give further review after she gets here. YAY.
