1st purchess made from JLD
I'll start by saying that I'm a doll collector. I have a few vendors i normally buy from. Heard about an exclusive doll only available for purchase on this site " Zelex's Kendra Lust sex doll". I wanted this so I decided to just give it a go and I'm glad that I did. Doll is completely authentic, beautifully crafted, best softness level i've seen so far on any doll i own, and customer service was very helpful in changing any customization to suet my personal preference with quick responds. 5 out of 5 stars well deserved

Shipping took quite a long time (…
Shipping took quite a long time ( almost two months) but understandable, if you personalize the doll it’s going to be made from scratch and when I asked where the order was to the customer service they went and asked the factory right away and I got a answer in less than 24h.
I received the doll damaged ( box stepped on and probably worse ), and after sending pictures of the damages to the customer service they simply shipped me a new doll body ( took a while to receive it too but that’s ok ). I was going for a 4/5 but I guess I have no reasons to complain so it’s a 5/5 for me.

JLD.com gave me good service and a slight delay from the carrier, I had good, courteous and professional support from Miss Rachelle in conclusion despite the small delivery delay JLD was more efficient than amazon and alliexpress I haven't even received the clothes yet lol (it doesn't matter it was Katerina the most important)

I pre ordered kendra lust doll on AUG…
I pre ordered kendra lust doll on AUG 29th. in the description it said pre order in august and it would take 3-4 weeks before shipping. they told me “zelex” took a week off for some holiday and they said to me it would take 15 days to make. now its been well over a month and nothing. luckily i emailed a bunch complaining about the unprofessional service that they finally refunded me after a week! leaving a 2 star only cause they lied about manufacturing time , they lied about shipping and finally last but not least i just looked on instagram and Kendra lust official account has been taken down or deleted. so i don’t trust this site whatsoever. however i trust the customer service.
