You charged my card almost immediately and then took days before you showed that you were finally going to ship.

I've waited for about a month now with out any updates on shipping. Finally got notice that my doll is on the way, but needs a signature ? Not real happy

Unable to move the doll because it weighs 48 kg.
Box was broken by delivery!
No returns possible!

I highly recommend this company. I have purchased two dolls and have received three. The first one had the wrong skin color and was somewhat damaged in transit so they sent another (correct) version. Support was excellent.

Great product at great prices

Problem with communications. Still concerned that I have not controlled delivery date.

Excellent service behind the scenes. No real people feeling upfront / Could not get a return call. There is telephone lag due to time zones as California is really China. Email is adequate. Shipment in 3-4 days – Fedex and packaged well! Website is abit deceiving concerning my discounts as they are not appliable to a great percentage of their product-line!
The doll is a little more petite than the website photos displayed, however THANK GOODNESS, in my case - these dolls are heavy!
The doll ‘Holly’ 5’5 – D cup ZELEX is wonderful. The product was clean of flaws or imperfections. I am now most ‘mindful’ there is another special person in the house! I was lonely and in need of a friend and companion. I found myself developing feelings on the first day! 72 year old male.

This was a difficult. long and painful experience which eventually ended with a full refund, allowing me to reedit my initial (very harsh) review. The company is legit - that is proven. Their products are genuine and original, however they are in complete mess regarding website presentations, product preparation and sending procedures. The customer support requires a huge amount of patience and attention from a customer. It seems they have trouble to coordinate issues with the factory they cooperate to. At least they are open to logical and proven arguments. My doll's body was far too heavy and with no body painting - something wrong happened during a quality control. The most annoying thing was the customer's support notorious references to the factory ("they said this", "they did that" an so on) as if not JLD was supposed to be a responsible entity.
The final conclusion is: buying from them carries some risk - if you are lucky enough you may get a prime quality product for a competitive price. Read carefully the product's descriptions though, make a screenshots and remember: most photos are of silicone body, but the official price is of regular TPE - to get what you see on photos, you must pay much, much more (dive into details on their webpage)! The quality between TPE and silicone is insane - TPE is like a crude piece of rubber and also less durable, but the silicone reflects a natural skin with impressive realism, especially with a realistic body painting (shades, spots, veins etc.).

The wait is worth it, especially with all the custom options available and upgrades to add. I've looked into this before, but this is the nest place to shop for superior service.

Was a lil skeptical at first and I was right to be first they got the wig wrong and sent over 3 that weren't even close to the product I asked without the vein / body details the head that had the implants eye lashes and eye brows didn't come with the s-tpe feature and is kinda rock hard impossible for oral I did receive the product none the less just beware folks and make sure they know what u want exactly

Doll matched the photos and came with the customization I selected. Customer service was helpful and responded in a timely manner. I recommend when buying you get hair implants, auto sucking, standing feet, oral function (looks more human imo). I don’t recommend sounds or hard feet. Note:It’s heavy when lifting, if you live in a multi story apartment you will need another person . Looks realistic and can be used for display with any outfit (separate). Only suggest they send a photo before shipment. Great experience. First time buyer; I was worried if this was legitimate but was relieved when it arrived. 💯 will return for another.

Insanely misrepresented their shipping times, which happens but the biggest issue is Ive emailed a couple times and got no response for 5 days (which btw is what they are currently promoting shipping time), then they write back a 2 sentence unhelpful confusing email, that makes me think they are cancelling my order, I am annoyed, and of course dont get an email back from that clarifying they are not cancelling my order until 4 more days.
These are expensive products, surely they can at least respond back within 24 hours, I think that's fairly standard. Also, neither of their emails did they explain or apologize for the slow shipping. 9 days in to what is described online as arriving in 2-5 days.
Update: I am back to thinking this is a scam site, I got the smaller part of my order, but the doll has not been shipped and its been 25 days. Super frustrating

Took a long time to get it to me. Longer than your policy states I believe. Has a small cut on left forearm and the anus is messed up so bad it would cause me serious damage to use it. Grease stains and metal shavings on doll upon arrival.

I bought something on your site, I never found it...bunch of thieves

I ordered from US stock and received it quickly. Everything looked as described, but I received the wrong wig. After emailing them, I received the correct one with no issues. Customer service is very helpful and responsive. It is a very high quality doll and I thoroughly enjoy it. I also really like the new quick release head mounts, screwing on the head was always annoying. Overall, a great experience, I will definitely order from them again.

I received one part of my order quickly, but the rest hasn't even been picked up by FedEx. According to JLD, it's been ready for pickup since 12/30/2024, but FedEx says JLD hasn’t given it to them. I’ve tried contacting JLD, but all I’ve received are automated responses promising to follow up. At this point, I’d prefer a refund.

My shopping experience for love dolls on the JLD website was great. JLD has the best quality and selection of dolls. This is my fourth doll I purchased. The customer service was very helpful. They explained everything in detail and about the shipment of your order. The company email me a my order and show me a picture of the doll and everything that comes with the order. I was not disappointed with none of my orders from JLD website.
