I get that you save a few hundred bucks if you order from a middle man. But this experience with the middle man sucked. To start, they had options that were not compatible with the doll available to pick from on their website. My doll in particular could not have the autobj function. Reached out 11 days after I placed my order to ask if I can substitute for a body with the option available. Why have that as a paid addon in the first place? I declined switching bodies and asked them to throw in a free second head and I wouldn’t need a refund. They agreed. I checked after, and on JLD website they were already offering a free 2nd head. Which meant I would be entitled to 3 heads. Reached back out to JLD customer support and got ghosted by them. This was after they stated my doll would not arrive until May 15th, even when i placed my order March 20th. Now, my doll has apparently shipped. Nobody sent me any final photos, communicated that it was shipped, or followed up on my 3rd head inquiry. Waiting is fine, but being ghosted while I wait isn’t. I recommend going straight through the manufacturer to avoid waiting for days at a time for a response, being ghosted, and actually getting real pictures.

I ordered a 5 foot 7 inch Alessia doll January 1st on a promotional deal joylovedoll.com was running. They've been giving me the run around ever since.... And after about 20 emails back and forth with them....their BS tracking information stated it was dropped off in my mailbox and was showing that I signed for it..... which I did not sign for it and how the hell is a 5 foot 7 inch Alessia doll gonna fit in my mailbox....so I check mailbox and they sent me this 6 inch hand sized doll..... Joylovedoll.com is a complete scam and rip off!!!!

Had some problems to start but everything worked out, I mainly only had problems with the delivery the product itself, is a high quality rotating thrusting and vibrating masturbator and honestly I’d wager it’s one of the best out there, usable in showers and most wet conditions, the TPE sleeve is a lot higher quality than I expected it to be I am happy with my purchase and am likely to come back a 2nd time.

I was very excited to learn that it was this easy to obtain one of the exquisite products. I have always been a fan of cosplay, mannequins and the like. This is a dream come true. I can not wait to receive my product and provide another review upon closer inspection. Thank you for the opportunity to expand my creativity, and have a little intimacy as well.

I got delivery today, but it was only 1 small box, inside only the top part of the doll came.

I havent received my order in so long! i placed my order almost 3 weeks ago and i have not received any updates from them!

Okay, so I and my wife decided to get a doll out of curiosity, to see what modern technology is now capable of. We picked one of the premium Suki doll and get her customized pretty much up to the brim (except motors and vacuums, as this is not cyberpunk level yet).
We placed the order on March 23rd, and for a couple of days there was no feedback apart from initial "order confirmation". On March 25th we got a secondary email regarding the fact that order was received at the factory and production has begun (as we understood it). Then we realized that we forgot to include couple of freebies-upgrades, so we emailed Customer Support to update the order the same day (keep in mind, those changes can only be made within a day or two from placing the order). They replied fairly fast and stated that with all bells and whistles it will take around 4 weeks to make, to which we politely asked them to try to follow the initial guidelines of 3 weeks for custom dolls, if possible. After that no updates we made for a couple weeks, so we had to ask about the progress once a week after that. Replies usually arrived in 2-3 days. Overall it was shipped around 3 weeks in, and arrived on the 4th week, April 22 (exactly a month after the order was placed). Package was damaged quite a lot, but fortunately all the padding and the "sleeping bag" was secure enough to make sure there were no damages caused by handling. But you should probably request better packaging on the exterior. Also keep in mind regardless of where you live in NA it will always go to Shenzhen->Alaska->Kentucky, that's just how UPS works. Now, to the thing itself: with every upgrade we've requested the doll still is not at the same level of quality as presented (yes, even with all the realistic makeup and everything). Body is fine but the face it not near as realistic as claimed on the store page (which is sad, turns out we accidentally picked the soft head, which i imagine, has to sacrifice quality to allow for the function). Also there are quite noticeable "welding" seams along the arms: on one of them it actually looks like an old brutal scar. There are noticeable skin tone difference closer to fingertips. I also hope, if anyone is planning to buy one of those, that you are god damn good lifter at your local gym, cause these dolls are heavy as stated, no screwing around, if you have a bad back, please, reconsider. Another annoying thing is due to the skin material it attracts all sorts of hair (yours, your pets, even doll's own wig), and it's very annoying to get rid of them. FYI, neck comes bended for packaging, to safely straighten it out, attach the head first and gently correct it, as without the head there is little leverage and you might damage the skin.
If you are, however, dead set on getting yourself a doll, just read and check everything carefully (several times), be patient and polite and you should get a fairly good product, not amazing, I'm sorry, it's not, but it's solid good. And if you are going to get any upgrades, I recommend detachable private parts for sure, cause it would be a nightmare to wash... We're gonna check back once those dolls can walk by themselves, cause, damn, this thing is heavy (x2)...

Placed an order on April 14th picking a doll from their "In Stock" catalog because I expected to receive it within 3-5 business days as advertised. I have sent their customer service department at least 5 messages requesting an update on shipping. I received one response 24 hours later stating I have placed a "Custom Order and the factory is busy. Since I ordered from their "In Stock" catalog I had expected to already have the doll, but now I'm getting the sense I'm going to be waiting months on for an update and may not receive anything at as others have complained about on this site.

An entire week has gone by with very little communication back from JLD and I feel robbed by this company. Their listed phone number simply redirects you to contact customer support at the same Email address I've been using and they are almost completely unresponsive at this point.

If you're considering shopping with Joy Love Dolls, I would be extremely careful and would opt to shop with a more reliable competitor.

JLD HAD been very responsive to my messages. They just were sent to a place that I couldn’t see them. That’s not necessarily JLD’s fault. I do think that those messages should also be viewable in your account on their website however, I fully recognize that the customer service staff are not the ones creating the UI for the website.

Of course they aren’t responsive now.
I’m furious. I chose from US AVAILABLE STOCK. To anyone that would mean that it is already here, already passed customs. Is it coming from the US? NO. It’s coming from China. Shipped directly from the factory.
So now I won’t be able to receive my product because of the tariffs at 125%. Paying another $2000 to receive it will not be happening. ESPECIALLY ON PRINCIPLE THAT THEY LIE!

This is a LYING ASS COMPANY. You will not get a doll in the US, you will not get the exact same doll as the picture - they sent me pics of mine with a different wig and darker skin tone. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They LIE.

Shipping scam! You wait about two months only to find out that it got rejected from customs supposedly. Common scam. Do not buy from this company. No doll of this quality is less than 3-400. I should have known $99 was too good to be true from the beginning.

Customer service was fantastic to work with. There was a shipping address error on my part and they took care of it immediately. My order was customs so they were able to send the correct address to the factory.

The website was easy to use and I found the doll I wanted! I had my doll within 12 days! I’m extremely satisfied with the service and product! I highly recommend JLD!
