Unfortunately I was very disappointed with this order.I ordered over 9 shirts as they had a great promotion. I received 3 of the shirts in separate packages intermittently within a 4 week span and am still waiting for the remainder of the order. The items I did receive were very poor quality, two out of the three shirts had the seams tearing and it looked like a copy of what I ordered, meaning the online photos were much better. The sizing is much smaller than expected, if you order a medium it fits truer to a small or in some cases extra small. I will not be putting any future orders in.

The skirts appeared well made and of good quality. It would be helpful if the website could state whether skirts are lined as not having that information would usually put me off buying it. Overall pleased with the purchase (although returning one skirt as it did not suit me).

Nice quality clothes, but size guides don't align with the clothes at all. Also one dress showed up and was beige when the photo online was black

No one does summer frocks like JOY, and they really are 'frocks' in the best sense. Already I have quite a library of them, but luckily there is always room for one more. This gentle pink number was bought in anticipation of warmer times, loose and cool yet doesn't drown me, and a nice cover up for those of us who can't be in the sun too much. Perfect.

Joy is my favourite store. I can't believe more people don't know about it! The online ordering process is seamless and straightforward, and on the rare occasions that I have needed a refund, this has been processed quickly. It may be a little on the pricey side but the quality is so good that I have had items for years now with absolutely no difference made to the quality of the material after washing and re-wearing many, many times. I would whole-heartedly recommend Joy to everyone!

Excellent customer service, delivery arrived promptly

I haven’t even received my package. I’ve been trying to contact them for over a month and they haven’t even replied. Terrible customer service and not worth buying from.

Disappointed that the refunds take so long.

There’s no good reason to take longer than 14 days to process a refund once you receive goods back. 14 days is the maximum limit a refund should take and .gov website backs this up.

Really puts me off ordering from you again.

I have rarely had such good customer service! I wrote asking to transfer my in store gift card balance to an online balance as there was an item in the sale I wanted. After two emails within hours of my enquiry it had been sorted out, the transfer made and the item bought. My customer service representative, Jordan, was efficient, polite and helpful and I couldn’t have asked for better service. The item was then shipped out in fantastic time and is great, at a bargain price to boot. I could not be happier.

Item arrived in good time and I got email updates from Royal Mail for tracking.
