I have purchased two pair of prescription eyeglasses from JPOpticians.com, purchased separately one month apart. I can say, based on these two purchases, this is the best of the best, when purchasing eyeglasses online. Their Customer Service is superior to any I have experienced; they answered all of my questions immediately. I received my glasses when promised, and they were packed very well to make their DHL journey to the US. The glasses were in perfect condition. Thank you JP Opticians for all of your help and for producing a quality product at a very manageable cost.

A second fab experience with JP Opticians!
I just bought my second pair of designer sunglasses from JP Opticians and I’m really happy, again! A wonderful price for genuine Swarovski sunglasses! Really well packed and in their original designer case!! No hassles either as the company is based in the UK. Also, I wasn’t in the first time so missed the delivery, but as the courier was DHL Express they didn’t just leave them unattended, they instead allowed me to arrange a pick up from a service point instead, which worked so well for me as I knew they were kept safe and I could pick them up when I chose.
I love crystals, sparkles and gems and this pair I got had gems all the way round and they are AMAZING!!!!!!!!✨🎉😎

I have bought Oakley’s from JP Opticians a couple of times now with no problems at all. They have a good selection and prices are harder to better elsewhere online. Transaction was very easy and glasses arrived in perfect new condition.

I purchased some Oakley sunglasses which I needed for a specific date. I called the store and they were honest, explaining they weren't in stock in store and would have to be ordered directly from the supplier. Advising this takes a bit longer and they could not guarantee they would arrive when I needed them. I was so impressed with their honesty I ordered anyway and lo and behold, they arrived on time! They were perfect, the recipient was extremely happy and the bonus was the price!!
