Snotty, arrogant, and ignorant, management let the show down badly. *The staff* seem nice and helpful themselves. But as usual the *management* let the side down badly with their snotty attitude to the peasant masses. Nissan cars served by UK dealers have very poor servicing even from new. They give the impression once they have your money they would rather not see you again. Ignoring calls/emails etc. I wouldn't buy another one. I'd rather buy a new ford, and that is a real sacrifice these days!!! Mind you just search for the awful reviews on NISSAN as a company and its easy to see why their dealers treat customers like pests.
