I think the JST Jodie products are by far the best, I have had better results with these over competitor products. Good price but the offers are worth waiting for and delivery is fast.

Bought 2 lots of Semtex recently and they were delivered really quickly which was great. However the expiration date on them was Nov 15. I hadn't planned on using the 2 tubs, one after the other so I emailed to see I one could be exchanged so that I could make them last a little longer. I was told I wouldn't be unable to which did disappoint me a bit. The Semtex are great just hoped to make them last longer.

Great tasting proteins with no after taste would highly recommend along with supplements such as Semtex, speedy delivery and a great price, I would highly recommend.

I used to weigh the grand total of 14 stone, I started on Jodie,s regime and Semtex and I am now down to 10st 6lbs after 9 months.
Apparently it is better to loose gradually then you don't get saggy skin and wow this is certainly true.

I am 10 days into my new program and wow! Nails are stronger, skin is clear, hair is shiny and I feel amazing. The energy from the Semtex is wicked! I'm training harder and heavier than before and I'm losing fat too. Recovery is quicker. Doms doesn't seem to hit as bad as it did before. And I can feel the difference with the vitamin and digestion aid supplements too. Definitely recommend to anyone!! Thumbs up!!

Fast, efficient, helpful. Great products which taste lovely (proteins) but I've had sporadic issues with delivery due to the courier company. Not the fault of JST Jodie and I'm pleased that they will soon be using Royal Mail as a delivery option.
