Purchased a set of ceramic free Judge Vista 3 piece draining pan set,,from a well known outlet,24th october 2025.All the handles are now constantly loose and have to be tightened regulary..The non slip coating is chipping off too,even after purchasing plastic and wooden utensils.These pans were not cheap.Very disapointed,and will not be useing again as my wife is disabled and not confident in useing anymore.

Spent £120 on a pan set, which are apparently suitable for all types of hob (including gas). After only 2 weeks of usage, all of ours have melted and cracked. We do not have the handles directly in the gas flame, however, the heat from the hob causes the handle to melt. There is acrid smell as the plastic gets hot before it starts to bubble and crack. . Another issue is the channel in the back of the handles where water collects in the dishwasher. These pans are Simply not fit for purpose.

I was skeptical ordering from here, id never heard of the company and the few reviews there were didn't seem great. However the prices were good so I did take a gamble. All the items appeared of good quality, I had a broken coffee grinder lid when I opened it and although it did take a few days for customer service to get in touch once they did they sent a free replacement if the whole grinder. Even when I only need the lid itself. They also forgot to send my free gift if a roasting pan and they also sent that with the grinder lid. So overall very happy and I wouldn't hesitate to order form here again.

The Judge Vista 8-Piece set has been a solid buy, sturdy, heats evenly, and offers good size variety. The non-stick is decent, though not amazing. Great value, and the store shipped it fast and in perfect condition.

Over the last few months i have bought three Judge Classic pans; a 28cm saute pan, a 24cm casserole pan, and a 16cm saucepan. I bought these as i had had a couple of Judge Vista pans for well over a decade and wanted a full set (couple more to buy still!). The Classic pans are excellent, really good quality and they also look great. I would expect them to last several decades given their quality Really impressed.

Like a lot of things this will reside in my cupboard. ,,I got mine today and was looking forward to using it. The temperature is uneven and drops off and as I am used to lifted the wok and tossing the food I did not think of it a wok. Mind you,I wondered why my cousin,s stir fry was not as crisp and fresh looking. It’s because an electric wok is just cooking pot. It may make a good steamer on a trivet. Perhaps!

Bought new 4 egg poacher. Knob fell off one of the cups after first use. (Dangerous where boiling water is concerned). No phone contact for customer service. Very poor. Confusing T’s & C’s. Ambiguous guarantee… Will not buy Judge products again. Rubbish quality… 0/10…

I applied for a discount code when entered it said code was incorrect I checked it 3 times i did put in the correct code not accepted so no discount is this a scam?

I bought a casserole dish which had a 5 year guarantee but after 3 years it was not longer non stick. I contacted them and they asked for photo's to be sent, which I did. They then asked whether the pan had ever boiled dry and I told them it hadn't. They then told me to put baking powder, vinegar and boiling water into the pan and boil for 10-15 minutes which I did but it made no difference. They then said that this process might need to be done several times. At this point I just gave up and accepted that their guarantees are not worth the paper they are written on. I have found amazing new pans from Scoville which are fantastic ! No more Judge cookware for me !

Impressive customer care after a component of my handy little electrical stick blender broke after 18 months. The best online contact form I've experienced, a very prompt response offering a replacement as they have a TWO YEAR guarantee, and, after I emailed a scanned receipt, an immediate free replacement in the post! Bought a Judge non-stick frying pan, handle came loose after only 8 months. The threads for the screw have gone so can't be fixed. Cheaper pans from supermarkets, etc performed better. Won't buy a Judge pan again!

This jug & citrus press go well together. It`s a sturdy piece of glassware, that will hold a pint of fluid. It`s in the sale at £10.50 down from £15.00 That`s 30% off the original price.... 🙂

The jug has a number of different measuring lines e.g. Milliliters, pints, fluid oz and US cups. The US cup measurements are useful. I have an American cook book and us Brits don`t do cups... unless its bras!! It is also dishwasher safe.

Put the citrus press on top of the jug. As you press the fruit, the juice will collect around the rim and drip through the many slots, straight into the jug. Just leaving the pith and seeds behind.
This glass jug, will keep your juice nice and cold in the fridge and the press stops any bits getting in. An excellent measuring jug and citrus press.

They sent me a 10% discount code "COOKWITHJUDGE". Also on its web page, it states "free delivery for over £20 on mainland UK. Then I spent over 1 hour to choose my shopping items. At the checkout:
1. No free delivery and only £5 delivery option
2. The discount code was invalid.
It is very bad practice for them and they have wasted my time.

To start I have always bought Judge products for as long as I can remember but after buying an electric skillet non stick with lid and carry handles I am very disappointed as after three weeks it has developed a dark burn ring on the surface which must be the heating element ! This never happened on previous skillets over the years also one of the carrying Handel’s has become detached making it unsafe to carry ! The pan is only about 6 weeks old I could send a photo of you like

We purchased a stainless kettle 4 years ago which started to go rusty. After contacting them and providing photos they arranged for a replacement to be sent out the next day. Excellent service, thank you Rachel.

I bought a complete set of their saucepans, egg poacher and steamer and on using them for the first time found black pieces coming away and the water turned rusty. 25 years guarantee on them and they didn’t last one time use. Never again.

I have been buying judge saucepans for many years but the last two I have had have been rubbish. After the very first use they both developed rust spots and the lids have gone rusty as well. I have never in my life had stainless steel saucepans which go rusty. I won't be buying them again. Sadly the manufacturers are aware as they came with instructions on how to remove the rust. Stainless steel polish DOESN'T work!

bought a set of Judge Stainless steel saucepans on June 7th started using one of them for boiling potatoes used 4 times and noticed small chips in the steel took them back and shop replaced it used 2nd only 3 times and the same has happened again with black marks in the bottom of the pan, im going back to shop for money back and buy a differant make, absolute rubbish.

I purchased a set of Judge saucepans several years ago and last week one of the handles sheared off. I contacted Judge and within 48 hours a replacement was on its way to me, no quibbles just fantastic customer service. It’s so worth buying quality products and for the company to honour the 25 year guarantee. Thank you Judge, five star customer service.
